hey my name is Robert Andrews, I am a common customer for the past 3 days of me coming to buy parts the internet and computer has been down, then it will come back on. The store manager and her team were working their best to try to service everyone. They kept calling to reach the IT team but they were not helpful and the same thing is still going on. Today I waited over an hour to get parts. It's unacceptable that the IT team couldn't come in to take a better look at system because it's been 3 days already with the same issue. This is my favorite advanced auto to come to because of the service and the store manager it's only right they have a good system to work with because this can't continue I have multiple vehicles I work with and I'm always buying parts. Please have someone physically come from IT to check out the system, I don't want to have to go to autozone to start buying parts thanks.

So I purchased a starter here under the impression that it was a new one because they told me that, then when I tried to return it because I didn't need it anymore and never installed it so practically it was in the same condition from the day I bought it. So I was looking for a refund, they checked it and said it was a used starter and they wouldn't refund me because it had been installed by someone else but they were making it seem like I had installed it when that wasn't not the case and I told them that. I'm aware that used parts are nonrefundable but if you sold a part telling a customer that it's new then you should 100% refund the customer for your error. It's unacceptable that I was sold a used starter while telling me it was a new one for over $300

Do to lack of inventory I had to go to the Springfield location...unfortunately I had to return one of the items. I went to return the item at the Linden location. As I was trying to swap for another item, the staff turned off the lights by 8:30pm. It made it a bit difficult to see any products on the shelf. Store hours say they close at 9pm. I ask the associate are you closing, he replied yes in "15 mins" That's still before closing hours. I like to go home on time just as the next person but at least wrap up 5 mins before not 30 mins before and make it seem like your closed. UNACCEPTABLE!!!

Started my car in the morning and it was dead. Got a jump from a nice couple and they told me to drive it over to advance and I had a great experience. Girl behind the counter was nice and pleasant and keujan helped me with my battery and put it in my car for me. Explained a lot of things to me and I was thankful that it was an easy unstressful task.

I recently needed parts for my Acura, the staff was extremely helpful in sourcing the correct parts and went out of their way to find them as the in-stock numbers were slightly askew. Great experience and I will definitely be shopping there again...

Doesn’t even deserve one star. Store # 5867… Worst experience I have ever had!!! As a business owner myself the level of customer service provided was beyond disgusting from the representative Sean. I walked in with my boyfriend and was requesting them to look up the make and model of my vehicle and advised them a possible name of dexron for my transmission fluid. The rep then told me CVT and sold me the wrong product. Filled my transmission with the wrong fluid and now they refuse to help correct the mistake he has made. He was yelling and carrying on telling me that he knows he made a mistake but because it’s already used I couldn’t get a refund for the correct fluid and proceeded to tell me that I should of bought the bottle with me and then told me to come back tomorrow to see the manager and refused to give me the name and he told me he will be here tomorrow. I am not sure if this is the manager of this business but the owner should be ashamed of himself for allowing this individual to conduct himself in this manner. This should seriously be investigated and the owner should take the appropriate measures to resolve this issue and ensure that the manager is responsible for his actions and behavior. I’m sure the video surveillance will show you the level of aggression this representative had towards rectifying his mistake. I happened to notice that “Sean” has been previously named as an issue from customers. Remember the old saying “Fool me once shame on you. Fool me twice” well need I say anymore?? I will be returning tomorrow to have this resolved. Update to follow.

An auto parts store with no hose ? Thank heavens Napa, 3 blocks away, had what I needed.
