This store is horrible and full of liars and thieves on staff. From the manager to the cashier. On Wednesday the day before Thanksgiving my money was taken off my debit card. I was told that the transaction was voided and no money was taken from my card. 8 clearly showed the manager where it was taken even went as far as calling my bank card customer service and they told the manager the same thing. They took my money off my card and didn't refund anything. The night manager was very condescending towards me and my fiance and was rushing us out the store because it was close to closing and he didn't want to handle the situation correctly. I was told wait 24hr in which I did and no funds were returned. I went back to the store and spoke to another manager name Tyler he told me because of the weird holiday to wait til the 1st the 2nd mid afternoon. It is now 3:22 Tuesday and my money has not been refunded. No one has reached out to me concerning the matter of refunding my money like I was told. I am convinced I was robbed by this Aldi store #71. I will be pressing charges because no one should be taken advantage of like this and given the run around when clearly the mess up was on the end of Aldis

I don't know how this Aldi has high ratings because it's one of the worst that I've been to. I went on a Saturday morning and half of the produce was out of stock and some of the produce that was there was spoiled in the package.
To make matters worse, they had 3 registers open but forced everyone to stand in one long line that spanned half of the store only for the manager (??) to tell each person what register to go to.
I'll never be back.
