“I moved into the Meridia on December 15th, 2023.Jasper had and continues to be responsive and helpful. He was able to answer all my questions and make accommodations where I needed them. I haven't been in contact with the rest of management so far, however both Juan and Darren from maintance have also been very helpful thus far.Pros:- I love the layout of my 1bed loft apartment. I am unsure of the square footage now, however the loft makes the ceilings huge and the space feels bigger because of it.- There is a big closet in the bedroom, which I very much need and appreciate; it was honestly one of the selling points of the apartment for me.- The apartment has clearly been deep cleaned before moving in & possibly even repainted. This was greatly appreciated; out of all the apartments I saw during my search, this one was one of the cleanest.Cons:- I'm not partial to the fragrances in the lobby. Jasper was kind enough to remove the two near my apartment.EDIT FEBRUARY 9TH 2024:Just wanted to make additional comments about my experience. I've had issues with the water heater since moving into the apartment; maintenance was super responsive in addressing servicing the issue. After a month and some visits, they have replaced the heater and it's amazing, !!Like mentioned before, the apartment is beautiful and I am really enjoying it.”

Over the weekend, Doris was just as impressive — she was warm, helpful, and gave great feedback about the Union area whenever I had questions.

“Living at Bay 151 has been such a wonderful experience！ What truly makes this place special is the warm, welcoming community and the amazing staff who genuinely care about the residents.

I want to especially thank Julian, who has been incredibly patient and helpful every single time I needed assistance. No matter how big or small the issue was, Julian always took the time to help me resolve it. He is truly kind, reliable, and easy to work with — someone you can genuinely trust.

The building is always clean and well-maintained. The cleaning staff work extremely hard and take their responsibilities seriously. I was shock to see staff clearing snow during a snowstorm, making sure the walkways were safe so residents. That level of dedication really means a lot. Thank you so much!

Bay 151 offers everything you need for daily life — excellent fitness facilities, a comfortable and cozy living environment, and friendly staff and neighbors who make it feel like home. I am truly grateful to be part of such a caring and supportive community.”

“Park Square Apartments has been a wonderful place to live. The community is clean, quiet, and very well maintained. Special thanks to the property manager, Vanessa, who is always professional, kind, and quick to help with any questions or concerns. The maintenance team, Giovannei and Michael, are outstanding – they respond promptly to requests and always do a thorough job. Overall, I’ve had a great experience here and would highly recommend Park Square Apartments to anyone looking for a comfortable and well-managed place to live.”

“Veronica and Lydia are key to keeping the SHCV running effectively and smoothly. Their wonderful personas and incredible attention to detail were vital to achieving my ability to move in successfully. Their oversight of every aspect of the community is vital. They know every resident and their apartments. With respect to maintence, they are also excellent at ensuring communications if there is a glitch. Jamie, Edwin, and Erik manage maintence and assisting residents with everything to from accidentally locking oneself out - to actual maintence of the property and within the residence. I experienced a leak under my sink, and it was fixed immediately and completely. I locked myself out, and was thankfully able to get back in. I truly hope they are recognized by Management for all they do.”

“I would like to thank Maria the assistant property manager for being so kind and helpful in making my transition into moving into this absolutely beautiful place. Maria takes great pride in her job and cares so much about the well being of all the residents that live here and their personal needs. She has very strong work ethics and she is a tremendous asset to Park Lane by Seaview Apartments. I have spoken to many of the residents who live there and all of them have great respect for Maria . Ronnie took care of all my needs!! Ronnie was very respectful and had a great personality. Ronnie keep being great!! ???”

“Love living here, we moved in August and we couldn’t be happier about our choice. The location, units, and having Whole Foods in the lobby are excellent factors but it’s the people here who really make this place shine. Jamal, the building manager, is extremely hard working and responsive. The engineering staff, Hakim + Adam are very intelligent, quick to sort out any problems, and very trustworthy. The housekeeping staff is great, there’s an elderly gentleman who’s always diligently cleaning (I’m kicking myself for forgetting his name). The entire security team is outstanding, special shout out to Reggie who always has a kind word to say but truly they’re all fantastic. The head security guard (he’s more frequently toward the Whole Foods end) is very astute, friendly, and does his job extremely well. The parking manager Joseph Navarro is also very helpful and friendly. The building is lucky to have such a great staff because that’s a huge part of what makes living here feel like a safe happy home.”

“After just moving in a few months ago, we can truly say that we feel completely at home in these beautiful apartments! We live in a safe/quiet building, in an extremely large unit, with tons of natural light, beautiful crown molding, and best of all in-unit laundry. We’ve found that everyone living here is extremely friendly, and have noticed that the grounds are kept impeccably clean. The building is within easy walking distance to the train, downtown area, farmers market, and the amazing greenway which space for miles! The only downsides to living here include the difficult parking situation (on weekends mainly). Only one designated spot is provided per unit and being next to an extremely popular restaurant, those patrons often take up the extra parking in front of the building leaving us residents with two cars few options for parking. In addition, this building also does not have an elevator (odd being that it was only built a few years ago). Overall though, we absolutely love the building, the location and and the convenience to everything one might need!”

“My husband lived here for about 8 years before I moved in with him. After living 2 years together we grew out of the space and moved into a house. We loved how close these condos were to GSP and the Turnpike. There are so many stores around the general area, you'll pretty much find anything you need within a good 2-10 minute drive. There's also quick access to the local park through the trail in the woods which we loved to take advantage of daily. Great condos, never had any issues.”

“I HAVE BEEN LIVING AT THE PAVILION FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. I MOVED TO NEW JERSEY, AFTER GRADUATING FROM COLLEGE. I'M HAPPY WITH THE PEOPLE, STAFF, THE COMMUNITY. THE APARTMENTS ARE NICE. IF YOU HAVE ANY PROBLEMS? PAVILION WILL FIX IT! BUT THE PROBLEM MUST BE ASSOCIATED WITH THE PAVILION APARTMENTS. THE PAVILION APARTMENTS, ARE ALWAYS, GETTING BETTER AND BETTER. AGAIN, I HAVE LIVED HERE FOR OVER TWENTY YEARS. AND THE PAVILION APARTMENTS ARE NOW, LOOKING MORE SMOOTHER,THAN EVER. PEACE!!!!”

“I have lived at the apartment complex for several years. It is very family oriented and welcoming to young children. The staff is very responsive and respectful. They listen to your concerns and act quickly. The property manager if fair in applying the rules. Overall, I enjoy living there.”

“Love this place, been here 4 years. Like anywhere there some minor issues but they fix it quickly. The staff is friendly and there are always some activities going on. The neighborhood is peaceful. Bus to NYC is steps away and the ride to NYC is 45 minutes. If you are looking for a great place to rent. Select this place.”

“One of architect Ludwig Mies van der Rohe's masterworks hidden in plain sight in Newark NJ. Construction started in 1958 and the building opened in 1960. Lovely Miesian exterior in beautiful setting close to Branch Brook Park. It would be great to see the building being restored to its former architectural glory. The nearby Pavilion Towers were also designed by Mies van der Rohe (1886-1969) and offer the opportunity to see three original Mies buildings in close proximity.”
