Had a great in-store experience upgrading my phone until I realized the employee added an insurance policy to my phone and smart watch, and Next Up to my phone - all of this without consent. That's ~$40 per month they decided to throw on me.
After some internet research, it seems like this is a common scam that employees do in order to hit their metrics. I will definitely never come into an AT&T store ever again to deal with phone upgrades, and I have reported AT&T to the FTC.

So my sister recently visited the store and worked with Byron. She asked for a 16 pro and they gave her a 16 pro max. When asked to change, the manager told her she had to pay a restocking fee. Why should my sister have to pay for an employees mistake. The manager was present during the interaction and did not help at all. When I called the store I was hung up on 5x, on top of that they would answer and not say anything or be completely rude. Terrible customer service.

I went on Saturday and they didn't want to help me, the day I opened my account they opened a limited business account for me, and I never asked for that, I wanted a regular account with an unlimited plan👎

I do not recommend this store, the sellers are not honest, they offer you certain services and prices in the store, when you receive the invoice it has nothing to do with the products they offered you in the store. Total disappointment

Eminy is wonderful. Her personality and approach towards my wife and I was heartwarming. Her knowledge of products and incentives allowed us to have a clear picture as to what we needed for our phone upgrades. She had us leaving the store proud to be associated using at&t for our communication needs. Thank You Eminy.

Super kind. Super helpful. I had purchased a phone that was shipped to Union (Morris Ave) where the rep practically tossed the box at me and didn’t even pretend to want to help. I came over to this location and the manager went above and beyond. I wish I would’ve come here to begin with. Great staff. Great team leader.
