Eminy is wonderful. Her personality and approach towards my wife and I was heartwarming. Her knowledge of products and incentives allowed us to have a clear picture as to what we needed for our phone upgrades. She had us leaving the store proud to be associated using at&t for our communication needs. Thank You Eminy.

Super kind. Super helpful. I had purchased a phone that was shipped to Union (Morris Ave) where the rep practically tossed the box at me and didn’t even pretend to want to help. I came over to this location and the manager went above and beyond. I wish I would’ve come here to begin with. Great staff. Great team leader.

First time coming here was greeted as soon as I walked in and was told someone will help me shortly, you don't get that type of professionalism o now days so that was greatly appreciated I upgraded my phone and I was out the door just the way I like to shop in and out great customer service knowledgeable and quick

Just wanted to leave a 5 star review for the gentleman named William in this location he has been helping my mom for many years with all her cell phone needs and yesterday my mom went in he helped her get her new iPhone because her old phone was acting up. I really appreciate and want to say Will is a great asset to this store as I live in Florida and really appreciate his excellent service that he provides to my mom every time Thanks Will

Bad service, bad costumer service, they sell me at DIRECTV plan and don’t give me the acces to the platform, this agents just want to take as monety they want from you but don’t care about giving a good service. I hope I can give them less Than 1 star.

Horrible services.Dont go this store. The manager Eric and Kelvin just trying to take your money and open the account fast and if you change your mind and want to cancel and you did a trade in even if the policy says that they don't return your old devices only if is in transit to att or is already in the warehouse but here they don't care. They don't go by policy they take your phone as a trade in and if you change your mind at that moment you don't get your phone back. The manager is not willing to help. And Kelvin don't explain anything to the customers about the policy or I forget he does explain after he got your phone in his hands and there is no return. Cause they don't go by policy. I won't recommend anybody to go open a att account with the rookies guys.
