“Would’ve gave 5 stars but the energy The Manager Paul(Black Bald head guy) gave his customers is unacceptable. Who left that guy in charge of their business? Every customers that I’ve spoken while getting my vehicle battery replaced by Josh said the same thing. Paul needs to be retrained on customer skills or that business won’t survive with him. I don’t never want to have to deal with him. Thank God for Josh he was very helpful, nice and polite. He should be the man in charge. 5 stars for Josh 1 star for Paul.”
