“We purchased a stage1 Focus RS engine from them during one of their special discount promos. In our case we opted for a new upgraded TS Block and RS head. Unfortunately we suffered a block failure during the final stages of the break in period. This failure was not due to any build or installation problems (I installed the engine and am a licence automotive tech in Canada), but was a casting failure of the new Ford block. Although not what either SP63 or I wanted they more than stepped up and not only stood behind their warranty, they repaired the engine by upgrading us to an ST block and the necessary parts to fit it to the vehicle. We held up our end by covering the install and delivery and pick up of the engine for repair. This commitment to customers is rare these days and speaks highly to their passion and pride around their work. I would absolutely recommend them for anyone needing upgrades or repairs to any of the platforms they have committed to improving and repairing. Top quality at a more than fair cost, which is worth the wait.”

“Very sweet people, needed a tire change on my trailer and the mechanic took like only 10 minutes. For the semis, you will need to back in from the street. I would suggest you look at the street view and you gotta back in where there is a big gate. I would suggest you to call them once you arrive here and they can send someone out to stop the traffic and assist you to back in. Easy back, only the traffic is the problem”

They also repaired my window because it wouldn’t close properly, and my passenger side lock because it wouldn’t respond when locking. Would definitely recommend if you need car repairs. “I was having electrical issues with my car and my normal mechanic told me they can't work on it after telling me to bring it in over the phone, so out of frustration i went to the first mechanic i saw near my house, dumped my car there, and prayed i didnt choose a bad mechanic. I lucked out. Not only were they fast, even though I came out of nowhere, they took the time to listen to me, explained why I was having the issues I was having, showed me how they fixed it, and answered any additional questions i had about my car. I'm so happy to have been able to find a new mechanic I can trust.”

“I am writing this review not just for the Goodyear brand the shop itself, but also to personally recommend the excellent service and professionalism at this location. The store managers, Manny and Mali, are incredibly professional and very friendly with customers; they are very patient when explaining the various services offered. I have been buying Goodyear tires at this shop for years and have never had any issues—quite the opposite, actually. The tires are of excellent quality and last for years, and—best of all—the shop offers free tire rotation if you purchase the tires there. My family and I always go to the same shop because we trust the quality and the guarantee they provide—not just for tires, but also for oil changes and mechanical repairs. Yesterday, I had an emergency with one of my cars and called the shop for help; without hesitation, they came to assist me. The gear shift wasn't working at all, making it impossible to move the car, but they immediately helped me get it to the shop. They performed the repair quickly, and honestly, actions like this are invaluable to customers. I am happy to keep using their services because their work is guaranteed; if any issue arises, you can go back and they’ll fix it. This stands in contrast to other places that might charge a little less or the same but provide terrible service and use poor-quality parts. That is why I prefer bringing my cars to this shop—due to the trust and reliability built over the years, and because they have an excellent team of mechanics who are true professionals and know their craft. I recommend this shop not only for tires but also for mechanical work on any car.

Not only did you treat me with great kindness, but you also made me feel just how important customers are to you. “I went to Harry's based on the reviews, of them, and some other local mechanics that aren't as consistently highly rated as they are. I called Harry's on a Saturday, they answered the phone and assured me that they'd be able to take my Jeep in that Monday morning. After a tow in, they took my Jeep in and analyzed the problem, a blown clutch. Which was consistent with the symptoms and failure that I experienced driving it before it broke down.They called me with the estimate, explained what was needed, the type and brand of parts that would be installed, and had it done by the middle of next day. And, while my Jeep will need brakes and shocks soon, which I knew, they assure me that they still have some life left in them; so they are honest as you'll read in a lot of other reviews. I am glad that I found a great mechanic after having moved to town.”

“I had a great experience here today! 1 that changed the whole trajectory of my day. I was greeted by a young man who had not only great charismatics & mannerism but also a smile that can light up a room! Literally, I mean like his smile was handcrafted and made frm Jesus Christ himself. I was not able to get his name but I did purchase him a pink frosting donut while I stopped at the nearby Dunkin’ Donuts while waiting for my car to get serviced which was also a1 & 5-star service. That young man reminded me of a grandson I’ve sadly never had, people like him make the world go around seriously it’s the little things that count and matter to me. Ima longtime customer & I’ve always had good experiences @ Mavis but this one was much different & special. Bless his heart & give him a raise he really made my day thanks again young man with the bright smile.”
