Checked the store hours on a Sunday, went to pick up a simple order. It says it closes at 9 PM. Didn’t have a way to get there and couldn’t leave the kids home by theirselves earlier during that day. When I finally got the chance to call an uber and leave the kids with family, I got there at 8:52 (for a Car battery pick up). It’s freezing cold, I need to be able to get to work the next day but was thinking they close at 9 it’s just an easy pick up. NOPE! Was proven wrong. They close earlier than 9 o’clock PM stated on both their doors and on their page. It sucks man. Wish the times were properly accurate. Just need a clearer time, I even called multiple times to confirm the time no one picked up. Sucks but it’s whatever

I just want to say customer service is lacking. I went to buy a part and was told go look in the aisle instead of getting it for me. Just saying good service goes a long way.

There is a man in a red shirt at this store with a raspy voice, shorter graying hair balding in the back he is heavy set with a grey gote light eyes maybe hazel maybe blue or green but extremely hard to deal with My husband was met with curse words and refusal to look at my original receipt which showed my original purchase of the part I was supposed to receive while exchanging and its life time warranty he swore the first time I went in I did not have unfortunately not even two weeks later I had to go here again because I was stranded as my mechanic required a part after walking 5 miles each time to walk in to this man on his phone and being rude which is putting his behavior lightly I wouldn't really recommend going into this store to be treated the way we were both times after his refusal and dismissive behavior to my husband especially the second time but I will say the manager Melissa was much more pleasant to speak with. His behavior should be evaluated as his customer service skills were horrendous.

Nobody serves the customer, they pass by talking among themselves and depending on whether they know the customer, they make him come in first and the others continue waiting.

It's a joke..I simply ask to pay someone to use the machine and check why my Engine light stays on but there machine is supposed to be broken a manager said in a Huge autozone supply store..Ridiculous man. Sold me a so called New Battery maybe a year ago that's not taking a charge anymore and they say it was only guaranteed for 3 months, Huh, lol go buy the same exact battery at Advance auto and got a 1 year guarantee.. I can't make this stuff up..smh

Worst location employees are clueless they don't listen to what you tell them for the parts you want they look spaced out they don't check the parts before giving to customer I'm on 3rd trip back to this location and even though they just sold us the belt and didn't give number friend list receipt and now giving hard time getting a new replacement belt because the package n belt SKU don't match save yourself the headache and go to another location and a purchase that should take 5 mins start to finish takes these employees 20 mins+ for simple purchases

It took me half an hour to pay for a replacement and they said they had no system.
Then I could bring the spare part but they didn't give me a receipt and they charged me more than disgusting service

Two days ago I called to talk to someone who is Spanish, they left me on hold for 6 minutes and when they answered me in Spanish, a Dominican told me to call later because they were very busy. I decided to go, I live 4 minutes away and I arrived at the store and there was not a single person in the store, a man was looking at the phone and the Dominican woman who told me that they were very busy was also looking at the phone and she treated us very obnoxiously with very temper. The truth is very very bad customer service I hope they do something about it with those two bastards who don't want to work.

I was in this place to ask for the parts of my car that is a lady in the guy ignore me for a long time I asked for help and they completely ignored me. I think this is not a way to treat the customer. I just left without information and go to a different place. Just couple blocks away.

Hey I was there two weeks ago and a young girl helped me, her name was Melissa I believe she was the manager, she was very nice and polite and went out of her way to help me, I was having such a bad day and by her helping me she was very comforting they should have more people like her thank you AutoZone and thank you Melissa!
