Clearly this location is not good. I just read reviews and someone has the same issue as I do..... The ATMs NEVER work.The review I read about this same issue was from 2 years ago, so I'm more than certain no one from Bank of America cares to fix this issue.If you have to visit here be prepared to be inconvenienced, everytime.

This is for the Bank of America workers in Linden nj. After being there this morning, I want to send my deepest and sincere apologies to you at that Bank of America branch. I was not given the full reason behind of not being helped. I found out through a co-worker of mine, that fraud is involved with the banks in Linden. Again, I apologize and what I had said on the way out the door, no further action had been taken.

I don’t understand this branch at all! This the only branch that the ATM’s seem to never work! Outside and inside. Not coming here again that’s for sure. I’m very close to leave Bank of America

The line if too long here, I have no idea why, but sometimes there is no clerics in the rooms, only tellers behind the glass.

This is worst bank I ever been in. Long line and they have one cashier working and rest of them just walking around doing absolutely nothing.
