I have to agree with many of the negative reviews. I came in to exchange foreign currency and it was clear that the teller that was in charge of this isn't used to handling this task even though I was directed to this individual by another teller (there were two working).I was there for 20 minutes as she played with the system, recounted the currency multiple times as the different sized bills confused her, often she wasn't aware what currency she was looking at, and she also miscounted the foreign bills so I had to correct her as they would have shafted me by about $70 had I not looked up the Fx flip on the BoA website before I went to the bank and asked her what amount did she input into the system.She was pleasant but needs training and/or a refresh on how to flip currencies. In NYC, teller's quickly knock out the count as the Fx rates are preset and they know how to itemize. The task is literally to just count out the foreign currency, input it into the system and the system does the rest. If currency exchange is being offered to BoA customers at local branches, there is no reason why at least one teller isn't comfortable enough to knock this out in 5 minutes (MAX). Anyway, I went in and was immediately seen but because she took so long to flip my currency and make sense of what she was looking at, the line was 15 people strong waiting behind me when I left.

The ATM machine at this location gave me $300 counterfeit money and the bank doesn’t have proper steps for a resolution..this shouldn’t happen..absolutely horrendous…here I am begging this bank on how to get my money back

They told customers several years ago when they shut down drive thru teller service. It was for our convenience. They would add extra atms to the existing one drive up atm outside. That’s has never happened. BoA did it to save money nothing else and now with a pandemic going on your decision looks even worse.

Came in on Monday morning at 10:30 AM there was 15 people on line and only one teller. One of the young ladies in line asked one of the apparently managers about it and she said ( in a very rude manner) yeah that's right there's only one teller And went back about her business. The drive-through is not even open terrible branch. another one they're looking to probably close
