Customer service was terrible. Assistant manager, Angel, was rude, at best. When we inquired about polices his response was either, “I don’t make the rules” or an ultimatum. He eventually put his hand up in our faces in attempts to silence us. When discussing cars, he was argumentative. When we inquired with another representative, he belittled the employee stating, “he’s only a part-timer.” However that part timer has more grace and customer service etiquette than the assistant manager. To boot, the waiting area and counter reeked of cigarettes. Atrocious environment and customer service.

Wasted a day to rent on this location because they only work until 4:30 pm.!THEY DO NOT have Epass service for tools like other rentals companies. I mean this is NJ , tolls are 16 dollars a Pop. The excuse( provided by Francisco), was that you pay cash. But then when I asked about the electronic tolls he just said they will be billed to the car’s plate WITHOUT FINES. just the tolls cost. Was a total lie. Do not rent on this roach rental with only a few old cars available.

Wasted my time. I had called and made a reservation on the phone to ensure the location would take debit cards. I arrived and they only take them if you prepay. Had I been aware of that, I would have but at this point, it was too late.

Usually pretty decent. The last rental the car was filthy. I was in a rush so I just took it and had it cleaned. They didn't reimburse me.

Rented a car for 1 day, the car wasn't newer like in the airport but costumer service was great and check it and out was fast and smooth

People need to be careful when the prebook on line because all though you don't have the vehicle they take your money and put a hold on your account
