I made a purchase on 11/15/2024, not a month has passed. They charged me twice for a product, I didn't notice it until days later, I came yesterday 12/02/2024, today 12/03/2024 to see the manager. yesterday they told me “come back tomorrow the manager is here just in the morning, today 12/03/2024 11:25 am the cashier told me you just spoke with the supervisor (Who told me to come back yesterday) that I should come back tomorrow to speak to the manager. I guess they just want to keep the money. They didn't want to check cameras... definitely won't be back a third time... Im calling the bank instead

I have been shopping here for years, I have never met such a disrespectful and condescending supervisor. FATIMA the supervisor was very rude and acted like she was in the ghetto ready to fight me because I came to return a hair product that was ripping my hair out. I did not have a problem with the refusal to allow for a refund of said item but the manner with which myself and my elderly mum were spoken to was highly condescending. Please do better with the quality of people that deal with customers.

I love to shop at Burlington but seriously such a mess in all of them and it isn't due to the employees it's due to these customers who do not watch their kids and don't care about anyone else but themselves, yet these are the first to complain about the mess.

They are the worst! Staff are very rude and unprofessional. They sold me a jacket i paid with my debit card. A few days later I tried to exchange for a bigger size and they refused to exchange it because I lost the receipt. They asked me for the card I used and they were able to see the transaction but still refused to help me claiming 1 of the tags were missing. I'm confused. You sold me the jacket without that tag, you see the transaction but you refuse to exchange? Ridiculous

The prices are very good, but the attention of the cashiers is terrible. They treat you like you're asking for things for free. They do not help you or locate you to know where to find the items, they have to improve customer service is my opinion.

This burlington is okay however i tried using the bathroom but they said it was only for employees yet there is a big sign that says restroom. i have been to other burlingtons and the bathroom is for the customers as well. An employee told me to use the bathroom at TJmaxx which is next door to this location.

Today July 27th is my last day going to shop at the Linden Burlington. For the first time in my life I had a stupid argument with the young lady supervisor that came to interrupt a complaint that I was giving about a rude bathroom cleaning employee. And without knowing anything about what I was saying, she came and started reasoning with the rude employee. Even the security guard was more professional than the supervisor there today. This only happened because my son needed to use the bathroom. My son and I went to it but there was a lady servicing the men’s bathroom. I told my son “it looks like someone’s in there” and the lady said “somebody here”. So we waited outside for her to be done. She came out and said RUDELY with a nasty attitude in Spanish “I TOLD YOU somebody is here”. I understood her because I speak Spanish so I replied “woah calm down”. Then I told my wife that our son didn’t want to go to the bathroom anymore and told her what happened. My wife went to report this to a manager. She was saying what happened and the cleaning lady came, still with her nasty attitude, to make her point and not allowing me to talk. I got upset and raised my voice over her because she would not let me talk. The young Hispanic supervisor lady assumed I was wrong and the cleaning lady was right just because I was getting more upset because the cleaning lady was still not letting me talk. The security guard said “she doesn’t even work for Burlington”. My wife and I said “of course she doesn’t that’s why she doesn’t care about how she treats people in the store”. But the supervisor that’s supposed to try to investigate immediately assumed I was wrong. I don’t know her name but she was there today. She’s short and spoke Spanish and said she was the supervisor. My wife and I decided to never step a foot into this Burlington again. They must hire more professional people.

The attention of the cashiers is very slow, they hire a lot of young people who are dedicated to playing, talking and laughing instead of serving the customers who are in line for several minutes.
