This store is certainly on the pricier side. You pay for convenience for sure. We do not like that there is never a cashier to checkout your items to be purchased. The self checkout station is your only option. The large, heavy Black man did not seem to be happy to see us and that made us feel colder than the actual temperature was outside.

First off this cvs is mad corny nothing compared to Walgreens like step it up, pharmacy people are bunch of older women predominantly Latina who gossip and take two hours for lunch. Door is only opened on side of the street can never find employees around the store and this is why that store is not flourishing they doing way to much and not enough at the same time. This is my last resort store

I’m disabled and I gave CVS my prescription and it wasn’t in stock, so they had to order it then, last week, it’s now Wednesday when I was told the medication would be ready, I had to call them. Well I called and they don’t have them and don’t have an answer when they will get them. The reason is I’m paying for meds and good RX gave me a coupon where 90 tabs of oxycodone for $21.88. They are not in stock and they can’t tell me when and why? Multibillion dollar company don’t have a answer. Now what??????

Criminals and con artists work here. I bought 3 $100 Amazon gift cards for Christmas from this location. All 3 did not work. As it turns out, the codes were all scratched and recorded, they just have to wait for you to pay for it so they can use it. Avoid this location. The characters working here are sketchy.

I was having nightmare experiences with the CVS pharmacy at the St. George location and had my doctors reroute all my scripts to this pharmacy (north wood ave). All of the pharmacy techs & pharmacists I have encountered here are AMAZING. Not only are they considerate of my time, but they truly go above and beyond for me every time. I have been without insurance for the last few months and every time I go there, all the lovely ladies behind the counter check every possible coupon or discount that can be applied to help bring down the costs of my medications. They always answer the phone, they are communicative in any delays that may occur and they are ALWAYS kind. Thank you to the wonderful women at this pharmacy.

The store seems understaffed, and the employees likely receive low pay, given the evident ghetto and disrespectful atmosphere. Personally, I find enjoyment in this different tone, as opposed to the usual formal greetings. I engage in banter with them and express my thoughts freely, knowing they have to tolerate it.While I value treating people respectfully, this place exudes a negative aura, likely stemming from the staff. You can sense their disapproval, and they probably wish for you to depart. Hence, I visit there as a form of therapy.

This location is the most ghetto place you could ever visit.. The store occasionally experiences gang activity, and there are instances of shooting at the store. If you anticipate receiving service, take matters into your own hands by going behind the register to make a purchase, or simply help yourself with the "five-finger discount," as no one seems to mind.

They are under stock , unfortunately the times I have visited this place because it’s near my house , they never have it until 2 hours later or next day . It’s kind of inconvenient when you have kids and they need the prescribed medicine , so you have to wait until they call you .They get mad if you wait in the pharmacy for your medicine .

Manuel was very helpful, pleasant and resourceful. They need more employees like him at this location. However, the is good, but would great if they had more products on the shelves.

I have tried to pick up prescriptions. Twice this year. The first time I tried to pick up on my lunch break. They are closed for a gap of time in the middle of the day. This time I went to pick up amoxicillin for my sick kid. They won't have it until tomorrow, didn't notify me and my option was to wait or drive 2 towns away with my sick kid and go in to pick it up there after I have to call and request the transfer. It's a good looking store but they are not good service wise.
