“Exceptional Diagnostic Skills!Took my computer to Best Buy's Geek Squad for repair, only to be told that my computer was "Shot"...that the "mother board" was cracked...All without even looking at the computer... I was offered two suggestions...1, to purchase a repair plan, or ,2, purchase a new computer!I took it to Hylan Computer Repair, and it took him less that 10 minutes on his diagnostic equipment to find and explain the problem and the the solution for repair...A True Craftsman with Integrity!And the repair cost was Very reasonable...just a little bit more than the price of Best Buy's repair plan, which couldn't even guarantee a positive outcome...”

“Kevin from the kearny location was very attentive and knowledgable when I first called to see if they can fix my Zfold 5. They were able to fix my phone in 3 hours! ! (same day) Everyone i dealt with there was very friendly regardless of how busy they were. I was amazed of their service and hopefully wont have to see them again lol but luckily I was still under Samsung warranty and I got my phone fixed for FREE!. In the event I need to get my devices fixed, I will definitely be going back”
“I brought my desktop to the shop on Black Friday didn’t even expect the shop to be open. Gave a brief description of my issue “ pc would boot up but had no display” I assumed it was a cpu issue. But to my amazement they were able to find the issue three hours later. Faulty motherboard, was shocked at how quickly they were able to find the issue. After discussions over the next best course of action came to the agreement of replacing the motherboard at a fair and reasonable price. I was given multiple different options and always felt I was kept in the loop on what was happening with my pc with constant pictures and text updates. 10/10 will be returning with any and all pc issues I have going forward.”

“I came to New Jersey on a short visit and my son broke his ipad screen and then, i thought to fix it before going back. I got to the store and i was well- received. He told me the ipad would not be ready until a week after, which was the day i was to travel back. I pleaded that he tried all could to help fix it earlier, he said he would try.Along the line, i checked back after 3days and it was not ready, he saw my boys and gifted them a wireless speaker each, then 2 days later, he called me to come pick up the ipad that he had fixed it. He did a very good job on the ipad and i'm glad i trusted my instincts with him.I was very surprised when he called me 2 days after to ask about our trip back home.Thank you so much!”

“I went here to get my phone screen fixed after completely shattering it. The worker was very sweet, personable, and knowledgeable. He fixed it for me for a very reasonable price. Later on, I realized the colors were muted and the keyboard wasn’t working smoothly. I called and he told me to come back. He explained the multitude of reasons why I could be having this issue. He replaced the screen right away at no charge and it solved the color and keyboard problems. I would definitely recommend this place!”

“I brought in my PS5 for repair, as the disc drive was not reading blu rays. I was ectastic when they told me they had an in-house tech to repair them, as most shops send their consoles via mail and give you a huge bill after.Well, it turns out it was not a good idea because 1) there is only one tech who works on those, and he comes in from out of town, and 2) MY PS5 ISN'T FIXED YET!When I first picked it up, I replicated the exact same issue it had before. Brought it back, waited a week, and now I have a different issue. It reads blu-rays, but the drive motor is spinning endlessly on startup and eject. I quite literally have to shove the disc in there. Which means it's still a broken drive, and the one tech they got for these consoles is either an idiot ot blindly swapping drives without proper testing.edit: changed to 4 stars because they gave me a refund. good on them for being honest.”

“I work as a tankerman- so my phone gets damaged alot. every single time i bring it here not only does my phone get repaired in about 5 minutes, but its CHEAP. if i took my phone to apple i would lose all my data! (apparently they don't even repair your phone, just replace it) you can also bring other devices that need repairs here and 9/10 he gets it done quick! definitely the best place on the island for repairs.”

“I had an excellent experience with Alex TV. Upon arrival for my consultation, I was greeted by Gina, a friendly member of Alex TV who made me feel really welcome. Alex was very professional and did an excellent job, very informative as well as a very nice and pleasant person. Alex did a great job helping us with getting all our TVs and security system set up and installed in our house. Alex was punctual, polite, and professional. He was professional and flexible when we added a few more devices to the system. He talked through options with us in terms of placement and assessed those options well. “I had went to two shop’s the week prior both told me they couldn’t fix my 11 pro max with the inside parts even the second shop told me to take it to apple but that it wasn’t worth it so I came here on Monday (as it was my last hope) she told me what was the issue the following day since they were about to close the day prior I told her to go ahead to fix my phone and that I would pick it up Thursday morning I went and got my phone yesterday morning and I was really happy with it she really saved me from buying a new phone she only charged me $60 which is an excellent and solid price definitely recommend this place”
