Greetings, I inform the public that visits the Firestone service center located in Linden, NJ, today Saturday, March 15, I just had a situation with one of the customer service gentlemen (a short person with dark-colored glasses), who in a disrespectful and defiant way treated me with great disrespect. I did not respond to him in the same way, but I do see him as a person without education, nor any professionalism or good customer service, which I am going to follow up on this so that this mistreatment of customers does not continue to happen.

Worst establishment I’ve ever been to. Not transparent with payment structure, I felt like nothing was done. Useless tire balance for $300 when I came in for something else and they couldn’t properly diagnose?
I would never come here again, or any establishment associated with Firestone.

Service Disaster!! After 4 years of maintenance at this location today was disastrous. I made an appointment the day before, dropped my car off at 7:30 am for service, received no phone calls all day, after several attempted calls I was placed on hold and no one ever came back on the line. I decided to go there and in route received a call back at 4 pm'ish to say it will be ready in 5 minutes and the bill is $900. Typically the location calls before performing the work to give you the price of everything, but not today - this is very disheartening! A different desk person was there than when I dropped my car off (Kenny) and he tried to make things right and I thank him for this.

Firestone fixed my battery but broke my blower and would not take any blame for it. I was out 255 to get it fixed and they would not take the blame for breaking it. Never use them their service is terrible and their customer service is terrible.

Firestone in 360 W. St. George Avenue is the worst branch ever. I had an appointment at 2 o’clock. I walked in 150. They took my information and the keys until 325. The car is not in the shop yet. I spoke to them they told me they’re short in employee And they didn’t even bother to let me know from beginning so I can leave the car go take care of my business and come back whenever my car is ready so they have no consideration for me No value and that lead to no respect I left there around 4:30 or4:40 they ruined my day

The mechanics did not do a great job with the service of my car first off I brought my car at 9:20am- I have a 10 am appointment they give me back the car at 2:00pm just to do an alignment and balance. They didn’t cover the air filter and then to make it worse they didn’t tighten the tire lug nuts and they lost the wheel lock. When I took my car back and drove on the parkway unaware of the situation I began to hear a loud rattling when I checked that’s when I saw the issue so I brought it back. the manager dismissed me making me feel like I don’t need the wheel lock. I also noticed that the tire pressure sensor light was on but I never brought it to them like that.. If I could give a 0 star I would and I hope that doesn’t happen to anyone because it could have caused a bad accident.

The wait is FAR TOO LONG at this location! I made a 7 am appointment, showed up at 7:09, I was the second car in. I had to call at lunchtime to complain about not being contacted only to learn that my car had not even been looked at yet, as I was told by an employee. There was only 1 car there when I arrived. My car wasn't ready until 5 pm. I'll look for a less busy location, or another franchise, in the future.

This establishment does not have parts on site. I was extremely annoyed due to waiting 2 and a half hours for an oil change. I soon as I arrived my car went in on the lift, they drained the oil. I thought I was going to be out of this place early. They had no oil there and ordered oil from an outside source. I had no choice but to wait, I will never use them again for anything.

I give 4 stars to Pete from Edison working linden all day.
I was set an appointment by a chick yesterday that sounds like a robot that didn't understand and the mechanics says she always makes technical difficulties.. she schedules appointments and screws everyone up i was pissed off!!! I felt bad for Pete today. Thank you for taking care of the job!

My son took his car to Firestone in Linden
today. He usually goes to Berkeley Heights
but was closer to Linden today and needed
oil change. When they gave him the car back as he started to come home the car
started smoking and all the coolant leaked out. Went to the Berkeley Heights Firestone
And they said it wasn’t their problem and they don’t fix things like that. No coolant leak when he went into Firestone in Linden.
My advice would be to stay away from Firestone completely they don’t know what they’re doing and they don’t care.

Could do better advertising because i lived here since 2nd grade and walked from all around to driven all around town to then work for the company over in Edison because of the poor management skill this store here clearly the company is hiring anybody for at least the store in linden lol but please don't take my word for it... Just fairly local
