I went to this store and don’t recommend it to no one the employee are horrible I went in 25 min before closing and the guy kept following me like if I was gonna steal anything I ended up leaving I even asked him if he could stop he said that I need to hurry he was closing it was 20 minute for 5 pm unbelievable

Don’t even bother!!!!! I’ll go extra miles just to avoid this place follows you around the store as soon as you step foot inside. Super uncomfortable!!!

Prices are VERY high compared to other beauty supply stores in the area. the employees are mid at best.

Went here about 10minutes before closing and the lady harassed me the entire time followed me around. She then made her way to the front of the store and yelled at me across the store “lady hurry up and get out. Before all of this happened I told her I’d be heading out before it was time to close and would be back in the morning. I ended up leaving at 7:25pm. It was absolutely disgusting how I was treated and I definitely won’t be back.

Products are good but workers follow you everywhere, they think you are going to steal something. Not enjoyable. Any corner i turned i saw the worker staring at me following me. Do not go to this store unless you want to be followed everywhere in the store. Anytime i picked up a product they stare and watch you. The employees who were following me where a Asian woman and man.

Don’t go to this beauty supply!!! They followed me around the store and then proceeded to get upset and called me the n word after just asking a simple question about hair accessories. And they are honestly overpriced!

I used to love this store and its selection of items, but today was different. I knew EXACTLY what I wanted and, although within 5 minutes of closing the owner said it was okay. As I was searching through my the packs of hair, the woman/owner was so pushy and wanted to pick out the selection of hair herself in a complete rush to get me out of the store. When I went to purchase, to no surprise, it was the “twist” version of hair—and not the braid style that I wanted. Upon checkout— I was frustrated and asked to run back to switch it out from the male/owner. He said yes, hurry. I did and the woman comes back repeatedly yelling, “excuse me! We’re closing—you have to go!” I calmly stated that SHE, in fact, made the error because SHE was rushing. I said that I USED to like this store and walked out. Never again will I patronize this business.
