Unpleasant, rude and ignorant employees/management, went there 13 mins before 6pm, the supervisor closed the door in my face stating they were closed. When I called to complain, the lady on the phone claiming to be the manager said they were closed and just hung up, again 13 mins before closing time.

I was asking about an OBD2 scanner that was around $1300. The cashier/manager was very unprofessional. Instead of politely handing me back the change, he used a little force and the change fell out of my hand onto the calendar. She was rude and raised her voice. I just wanted to know if the scanner worked on diesel and gasoline vehicles. He wouldn't answer my question so I tried to buy it to see it in the store and the manager said I would have to pay a $300 restocking fee. Remember I informed you that I was not leaving the store, I just wanted to see if it worked on diesel and gas vehicles and that I would keep it. If you were doing your job and helping the customer, you wouldn't have to review it. Being a manager is not just a position, it is about leadership and representing Harbor Freight Corporation. I was respectful and calm, turned around and asked, "Is this how your parents raised you?" and I left the store.

Some products are not on the shelves and online says that they are in stock for many days , the employees say that if there are not on the shelves it is because there is not, many times they go to look and sometimes they have but only when they want !! Who to believe???
I went many times and still the same I be better going to Home Depot or Lowe’s they have and stock for an extra dollar !!!👎

My 2 stars rating is solely focused on management. Whomever runs this store is either inconsiderate or hires less than considerate employees. Why? Locking the doors 5 to 10 minutes before closing is, IMO, lazy and inconsiderate. You could argue that showing up 5 to 10 minutes to closing is the same thing. But I disagree because there's no stipulation on their store signage. Thus, IMO, the work culture at this location does not believe in customer satisfaction.
In contrast to above rating, the store is well stocked and organized. Regardless, I take the time to drive to Union for a more pleasant employee / management experience.
