The entrance is right before the barricades that block trucks from going to the airport don't make the same mistake I did and go around to the back of the building 😲 I had to wait in line for the people checking in at other warehouse lol when I finally made it to the front they got me in an hour before my appointment and had me unloaded within 25 minutes and back on the road we need more receivers like this thank you !!!!!!!!!!

Their trucks idle in midtown and they have two people in the cab while the truck idles and 1 person delivers. I’d understand if everyone was working their ass off to make the delivery fast but if you’re gonna sit for a min, turn it off!!! Killing our air quality and the noise pollution is horrible

Unprofessional and rude drivers. A poor representation of the company. Sad to say, I had to get the manager involved at the Alexander Hamilton Service Area because of their behavior. They scurried off pretty quickly after that. Completely unacceptable.

Street parking is very good in this warehouse and the people here are also very nice.
My morning appointment was at 8:00am these people started check-in at 7:00 unloading only half hour 😊😊😊

Received BOLs at 11:15 AM
Plenty of maneuvering room. It’s not a Walmart DC but still enough room. After you check in they will give you a door. Once, unloading is complete they will bring out the BOLs to you.
