Slow, poorly organized, rude employee name Denise. Got there at 10(my appointment time). Been told to wait for a call. Two docks were open, one had a trailer. They took two local truck after I came. Waited 1.5 hours before they got me a dock. Took them another 1.5 hours to unload me and I missed my load. Avoid this place.

All the negative comments are true. I am the only for delivery. They just don't care. It's been 3 hours and still waiting on the side . And I am the only one only one , no other truck is here they just don't care !!! Avoid coming here truckers !!

OMG!! no word for this worse receiver i ever seen these people has no respect for driver top of their staff are so rude and disrespectful. Just start ignoring to go there.

This company real trash!!! Monday morning 4 truck wait for delivery and they don’t have space for loads??? Realy? All comments true about , this black hole. And yes I waste all day here, and loose my next load. Check in 7 am, check out 5:45 pm.

My delivery appointment was 9.00 am and my driver reached 8.50 am . Give dock 10.20 am and empty 4.00 pm due to staff shortage but some one from receiving told broker driver refuse to move to next dock when they have only total 2 docks one receiving and one for shipping than Broker TQL refuse to pay detention because JVM receiver lie to broker and made excuse to cover up their mistake. They never told my driver to move truck to next dock even. Next day i called other lady in receiving she is one told they was shot handed yesterday. I will never go there again because always they do not enough room for product. One time they told my come tomorrow because they do not have room for it. They always have problem for receiving

-5*.Appointment time 9am.Arrived at 6:30.Checked in 8:00.At 10am get updates that they can't unload me cause they have no space. At 10:07am they give door to another truck. 13:00, still waiting. Be prepared to spend here half of your day.Added to my DO NOT GO LOCATION AND will bypass their products at the shop shelfs.

Very very very poor receiverAll bad comments are true for this facility10 times we are coming here last 6 monthsEvery our delivery here is 4+ hours no doesn't matter if our del. appt. was set for 08 am or 10 am or 11 am etcBe prepare to lose your next load if you are coming here

Worst place ever! Don’t come here if possible, avoid at all costs. My appointment was at 9 am, I checked in at 8:05. Got a call from them for a dock around 11:30, they are unloading very slowly and it’s now 13:31 still unloading. Tight spots and very annoying people around.

I must say Jessel was awesome. I got there at 6am and my appointment was for 11am and she place me in the door right after the guy that was already there and definitely had ne gone in a timely manner. I even offered to buy Jessel lunch and she refused. Great place to deliver. Thanks again
