DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASONS! Worst in the Verizon establishment. I purchased a phone here on 9.24.23 and switched to verizon on the same day. It is now 10.5 and for the past few days I have been having issues with a defective phone. They keep telling me to go to a corporate store. Which no one can help either. This location in Linden/Russell Verizon is not the place to do any type of transactions. I called multiple times and spoke to different people at this location and they are no help. Be ware if you do go here you will get a defective device and be stuck with it that is why they do not want to deal with it afterwards. 1 STAR is actually 0 stars!

Ermis was fantastic he answered questions the phone reps couldn’t (and I was asking for weeks). Really kind and patient - I hope y'all give him a promotion.

The agent that worked with me and my wife was absolutely amazing he truly knows what he is doing and is highly recommended. Ask for kashiem when you go in the store he will make you laugh and smile as well as get the job done. Loved it

BEST EXPERIENCE EVER GO AND CHECK KASH OUT. He took his time with my purchase explained everything and even was able to transfer my information from an old phone.

I went to the store and I just love how nice everyone is. They walked me through my phone and even answered all my questions. When. ask for Dachena when you go there she's helpful and patient with every Customer and very professional .

I needed to return my Verizon equipment. The store looked closed but upon further inspection there was a girl in the corner texting. So, I go toy car and bring the equipment with me. The girl runs up to the door yelling, "no ,no, we don't take that here!" Ok, so I ask where to return it. She wasn't sure and said,"somewhere in Woodbridge"I never want to do anything with Verizon. Bad customer skills

Had a horrible experience with a guy working there. The worst costumer service I ever had in my life. First, he was asking me and my younger brother if we smoked marihuana, he said he was high himself. But anyways I ignored that because I just wanted to order my phone, we placed the order and for some reason my account got blocked. I called costumer service and they told me I need to go to the store to get my account unblocked. I went to the store at 3:48 and he denied me access to the store. A person who clearly hates dealing with people. Unacceptable attitude, if you don’t like your job then you should quit and find something that fits you. I don’t know his name, but it’s him.

The lady that works in there was with customers for five hours acting like she was doing something on the computer and taking her sweet time and I’ve been in the store since five hours as well she didn’t even ask me anything just kept me waiting in the store for five hours no help whatsoever they should totally Fire her

Went in to get a case for my new phone and the experience was very good. The employee had so much energy and appeared happy to be helping us. Would totally recommend to anyone.

I arrived at this place at 2:30 pm, there was a sign that said I'll be back at 3:10, so I waited until the "person" arrived, let about 5 minutes pass, I got out of the vehicle and the door was lacquered, I saw it coming and with a total lack of education I spoke wrong I will call Verizon For the claim this type of customer service cannot exist

Totally lazy , went in on a Monday June 18 and not one person the store , I already had my new Verizon number but needed to pick out a device and the employee told me it was to much of a Hassel to get my device thru there store and I should go to a corporate store instead, when I left I called Verizon customer support and they told me that I definitely could have gotten my device at that store and that the employee was just being lazy and just didn't want to go thru the process ,, Really rude !!! Couldn't be bothered with helping me total joke , informed Verizon corporate about the location and there horrible customer service !!!

**EDIT: Went in the following day and the store taped a piece of printer paper to the door with updated hours... but bumping up to 4 star because the employee that issued me the new SIM card was quick, helpful, and professional.**ORIGINAL: Needed a new sim card.. Got there at 7:30, website and sticker on window said closes at 8. Doors were locked and nobody inside. Wasted my time.
