Horrible , they don’t allow you to try on bodysuits no problem , how are you going to have a return policy stating has to be with in 2 weeks have to receipt not much mention you only get store credit. Don’t not allow me to try something on and force to have to either keep or purchase something else from the store. The way today’s economy is they need to be able to give people their back .

This review is in dedication and praise to the Madrag (Linden, NJ) staff, but in particular Aleya and Emily!
Aleya, a kind, empathetic, knowledgeable, patient, accommodating and encouraging sales associate saw that I was struggling a bit. She stopped her previous task at hand to walk the store with me, made solid suggestions and selections with complete sensitivity based upon what I wanted, and assisted me in every way possible. It was because of her that I did not walk out of the store frustrated and empty-handed.
Emily, a manager, allowed me to pull her aside in my wanting to sincerely acknowledge Aleya's efforts. Emily stood there and took in every word, was very appreciative, very kind and attentive to me as well!
Overall, I don't think I have ever had a bad experience with the staff at Madrag! These two women, though, really went above and beyond and that means the world to a consumer like me!

I have definitely been buying in the store for more than 5 years, I love it, but no. The last employees, I don't know their names, I only know that they helped me on October 17, 2024 and they made me feel like the worst trash in this world. I left there scared and I won't return. The store has never lost because it did not know how to choose its employees.

You need people here who can actually help when needing help . No one know anything here on where things are everything is scattered around . Nobody understands anything when I ask or when they ask me a question and I answer they look dumb founded . Like seriously . Would not come back to shop here if it’s the same help . Get new employees.

This location was by far the worse place . My son is autistic and while trying to enter the store I took in a cart so my son wouldn’t start acting out due to the over stimulations while entering the store . Once geting into the store I was greeted by a rude employee saying I wasn’t able to bring in the cart with my child in it . I explained to her that my child has autism and will start crying if I make him walk around the store . The employee did not care and told me to leave . I than asked for a manager . Worse mistake because she was to VERY Rude and told me that I shouldn’t shop here knowing my child wasn’t able to be behave . The manager name was Sanjay . I than explained to her once again that my child was special needs and will start to freak out if I make him walk around the store . That he has autism once again . This Sanjay wouldn’t even pay attention to me and continue to tell me I shouldn’t shop here than . As a special needs mom . This was the most horrible experience i ever had , nobody with a special needs child should experience this and there shouldn’t be people like Sanjay as a manager NO WHERE .

Horrible service over the weekend. Manager kept following me and my family while we were shopping. How about get bags or carts for your business. Speak to management. The Manager or whoever the big girl with the dangling keys is, needs to be fired. She created a hostile environment. I usually go over the weekdays and it’s always a great experience. Everyone brings in their own reusable bag because there are no carts or bags to shop with and who wants to carry multiple items of clothes in hand? What kind of experience are you creating for your customers? This manager is disrupting the functionality of this business and if I experience this one more time, I will in fact escalate the situation. This is a great store but whoever is managing the store is not.

Place is horrible. Customer service at its worst. I wanted to return an item they said no it can’t be returned even though the sales receipt says I could and I had 14 day to do so. The manager would not honor it. I will never go back. Now I see why the store is always empty

Service is always horrible except the pregnant girl , all the rules switch every time it’s new cashiers or management ! the cashiers hate their jobs esp the lil Spanish short one ( emely) her attitude is horrible if you don’t want to work do not come to work or ask for more pay ! And the don’t state no policies after if you have time shop the same looks on Ali express for half the price and no attitudes

Customer service isn’t good employees don’t look like they want to be here. I also bought something from their store today and they forgot to put 2 items in my bag but of course charged me for it. I’ve been calling for an hour and my call doesn’t go through either.

Staff is very unprofessional. My friend is a visitor and she wasn't sure if she could try the bra. She very politely asked the girl if she could and the girl instead of saying No calls the senior employee and my friend repeated the question. Both staring at us as if we committed a sin until I raised my voice asking YES or NO? They need to educate the staff if they want to be in business.

I love this store and the sales associates who help me everytime i visit. However, the amount of danger these young women experience is ridiculous! Yesterday i witnessed a women get upset because her card was declined and offered the young lady outside to fight her. The amount of racial slurs the caucasion woman used was disgusting! After speaking with one of the sales associates it's apparent that employees are fired when customers behave this way, and when the inventory is down due to theft throughout the store. It seems management should care more about the safety of their staff and hire some SECURITY!!!! If this were my child working here, I'd for sure sue the company!!!
