Very disappointed
Visited the store on Saturday, to buy a new set of tires.. they told me 1 of my tpms sensor was dead and another one about to die. There was no issue with the other 3, ( including spare tire)
I agree to replace both damaged Tpms
20 minutes after living the store, the dash lights came back on.. I returned to the store. They told me the other sensor were having issues, and that is why they recommend changing all 5. I disagree.
I took my car to a different shop, and to my surprise, after checking it, they only replaced one of the faulty ones to get me to buy all 5.
I can't believe they would do something like that after I spent almost $1300 on new tires, balance, alignment, and tpms sensors

I had a fantastic experience at Mavis Tires for a tire rotation. They got me in right away, did a great job, and even included some additional recommended maintenance for free! Corey was excellent – knowledgeable, professional, and no pressure at all. I'll definitely be back!

If you have bmw don’t go for oil change in linden . Mechanics not very good. Had oil changed last month last month while new wheels I purchased being installed. Filter was left lose not locked in causing oil to leak and damage serpentine belt. Never will go again to Mavis and cancelling credit card 0 stars in my book

Horrible experience. Sold two run flat tires and paid for TPMS. Light went on that tire pressure was low. Was on way home so went local Mavis who was willing to help, looked at car and asked why they sold me run flats. Go back and have them replace them. Spoke to Cassandra, Mgr in Linden, who could not been sweeter, and said to come back. Booked appointment for Sunday. Had to wait almost two hours since only 2 mechanics. Drove off and tire pressure light went on, again. Called linden office asking to speak to manager on duty. Placed on hold, told manager too busy, said to come back and got hung up on. Already paid toll. Went back to my local Mavis. Same guy. He took in car right away. The linden location did not do a hard reset so that’s why light went on. Called linden this am and spoke to Cassandra. Again nice but informed me that a customer left with the tablet to perform hard resets. So I paid for service that was not done! Just horrible experience at this particular location.

This is my second visit, they have been very pleasant. I don’t know much about cars but they explain everything with details which is very helpful. They are quick and efficient which I like, definitely recommend and will be returning.

I had a fantastic experience at this Mavis Shop in Linden, NJ. Anthony helped me out with removing a nail from my Tire which wouldve left me stranded on the highway. The service was quick and professional. Overall, I highly recommend for anyone in need of new tires or tire-related services to come here.
