If you expecting delivery from these guys, please never listen to them,They make all kind of excuses and keep updating new dates and new time.Three different people calling ten different things .We bought a TV from BH Photo and supposed to delivered on Wednesday but never arrived they keep calling and making excuses.Please stay way from them.We had to call BH Photo to cancel the order.

First week they show w/o a delivery window and no one was home so they had to reschedule A WHOLE WEEK b/c they only ship to NJ once a weekThe following week they call me at 3:45pm saying they’ll be here at 5:30pm. At 6pm they call me back saying they’ll try to make by 9pm because they’re STILL driving from DELAWARE.Buying from a seller that uses this company is a deal breaker moving forward

Avoid at all costs. They only deliver to Nj once a week so now I’m on my 2nd straight week of waiting for them passed their confirmation window. If I didn’t work from home I’d be pulling my hair out. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I was going to give them a 1 star review, but the carrier that delivered my product was extremely helpful and a very nice man. Due to his good nature, i am not going to up the stars. Here is my issue. I purchased some electronics from B&H and Messenger For You was the external third party delivery service they hired to deliver large items. They do not have their own in-house delivery service, which is fine. I was told by B&H i would receive a call a day before delivery. I finally do and the woman that called seemed completely oblivious and clueless to my questions. I had simple questions that i assumed she would be able to answer. I asked about the delivery time window, whether they would come directly to my door, do i have to sign anything, can i examine the items before the delivery man leaves, etc. All basic questions anyone would ask if spending hundreds of dollars on high-end electronics. Her answer to everything was: I DON'T KNOW. She finally got FED up with my questions and replied: LOOK! I DUNNO. I JUST MAKE PHONE CALLS. I sat there confused and pretty much realized she said to me metaphorically: LOOK! I GET A PAYCHECK AND DON'T DO ANY WORK. I DON'T KNOW ANYTHING. LIKE LEAVE ME ALONE! Number one, this is not her first day on the job so i am sure she has received tons of questions in the past. You would think she would try and take initiative or realize she keeps getting repeat questions. Why she never bothered to educate herself on this so she can stop saying, "I DON'T KNOW" is beyond me. No one is asking for her kidney. You can ask your manager to train you so you can learn. Maybe she could become employee of the month one day. Number two, she had an extremely stank attitude and one can tell she is extremely young, and NOT the brightest bulb in the lamp. It was just sad. After i hung up, i just felt sorry for her. I am glad you're getting a paycheck to do nothing and be clueless. Where can i find that job? Can you send me the application? I want to sign up. Not sure how far she will get in life and we are in a pandemic. One would think she would try to be a star employee so in case they do layoffs, she wouldn't get a pink slip because she would deemed a value asset to the company, but NO. She loves being clueless. The delivery man was very helpful and went above and beyond his call of duty. I gave him a good tip and really appreciated his help. As for the receptionist, all i have to say is: BYE FELICIA and GUUUURRLLLLL BYEEEEE!!!!!!

I ordered a TV to be delivered by MFY. The contacted me the night before, were on time the next day. The delivery person Kenneth was great. He communicated well, and was very professional and friendly. I understand some people here are frustrated that their deliveries came an hour after the window, and it's exciting with a big purchase, but when you're on the road making residential deliveries things don't always go perfectly as planned, so to give a bad review without taking that into consideration seems a bit egocentric and naïve.

Was expecting a package from B&H Photo. I got a call the night before and was given a delivery time window between 9am and 1 pm. I took off of work to receive package and got another call at about 10:20 am. They said that the delivery had to be rescheduled and they did not know when it would be. All they said was that they would leave a note for the people who schedule the deliveries. If I could give them a 0 star rating I would.

I ordered my TV on 11/27, they called me on 11/28 to schedule a time, and I got it 11/29 in the morning, thay brought it in my livingroom, excellent service!!

Ordered something from B & H Photo for a photo shoot. Online was given a date of 9/17. Called this messenger when it didnt show up. Told it would deliver by EOD, 9/18. Never showed up. Finally showed up 9/20. I know it was a holiday on 9/19 but come on!!
