The woman who is serving today is a saleswoman with very poor service. People like that should not be in customer service. She is an undesirable pedantic person. She leaves operations halfway to start with other people. What happens apart from that is very distasteful. She told me that a sim car cost 10 and then she ended up charging me 20, she went overboard, she is a very bad salesperson.

The guy working there was kinda rude and dismissive. I went to upgrade my phone and the guy there made me buy a screen protector because supposedly it's part of a promotion and I HAVE to get it or else I can't buy my phone! The screen protector was about $25 dollars and on top of that my phone plan went up 20 dollars more when I clearly asked him to keep my plan the SAME. I spoke to him on the phone after I left the store and asked him to change it back and he said I needed to do that the next month bill he was also trying to make me buy a phone case that cost 65 dollars too. He told me that in order to get my NEW phone I needed to buy either a screen protector or a phone case if not I couldn't buy my phone. I was in a rush and needed my phone right away since I unfortunately broke my old phone so I ended up buying the screen protector instead because it was cheaper than the phone case. I got my phone and left. I will never go back here tbh If I wasn't in a big rush to get a new phone I would of went somewhere else. I'm mad I spent more than what I was supposed too. And the added plan bill was what pissed me off the most. Anyways don't go here. And don't trust this man!!!

The service is impeccable, they answer all your questions, the best customer service I have had in 10 years with this company, I cannot leave less than 5 stars.

Went to purchase 2 I phones receipt read 1 thing my account said another they charged us taxes 2 times $75 saying it was the owners policy also said he was basically giving us cases wich were 35 each and he added on two screen protectors a 22 each wich we did not ask for then when we went back cause we noticed SOMETHING WAS NOT RIGHT he offerd us $75 and said in order for us to get the phones we had to get the cases ...oh not to mention we paid with a debt but it read cash on the receipt and second $75 tax was not on the receipt..they have another machine they are scanning cards calling it some kind of owner tax fee . DO NOT DO BUISNESS IM THIS STORE !!!at the end the end of the day we were running late and the phones were gifted for my grand kids I feel we should of gotten alot more but didn't have time to go back forth because they doing they wanna do fishy stuff and the guy was supposedly on the phone with the owner not once did we here the owner I think he was not telling the truth I don't beleive it was the owner

I was very impressed with the ladies running the store. Ashley and Kelly took care of my problem fast, very knowledgeable and friendly. I am from upstate NY and were great.

I went to this store at 1140 am. They just opened tell me how the girl working there today 7/31 was on break until 1230p. Then she was just plain rude and lazy . I just walked out .
