Terrible customer service, bad disposition… I came wanting to change companies and buy a phone and the first thing that came out of his mouth was to say “maybe you're not going to do it today because we're about to close” (15 minutes left)
He didn't offer anything, he responded reluctantly, almost throwing the paper plans in my face.
Appalling! I do not recommend it to anyone, at least when the Colombian girl on the afternoon shift is there on April 6, 2024...
These types of people clearly do not work to help but only come to demand payment. I have no desire to ever return here or recommend it to anyone.

I found many stores like this that are not open to the public. They don't have a closed notice on Google and they waste time. They should update service hours.

Not professional at all . Bad experience I'll never go to that store again I went to upgrade my phone and I pay . Then the girl there told me that my phone can't be activated and she left me without phone for .I went to another metro store and they told me that this girl put the EMEI number wrong. I have to pay 2 times to get my phone activated. Dont go to this place . Go to Elizabeth better

Very nice staff there. Very helpful and especially patient explaining how things work to my not-so- tech savvy mother in law. Prices are good too. Hope things don't change now that T-Mobile is involved.
