“I’m giving 5 stars because I went back after having issues with my pin (the first representative back in July made a mistake and set up a pin that he never shared with me and also had attitude spicy attitude)
This time I dealt with Summit, and he was very pleasant, patient and resolved my issue. He also took care of other customers as he handled my issue. He was so helpful that I decided to buy another phone which he helped me activate as well. He’s a great multitasker, helpful and kind. And he seemed very happy to do his job unlike the guy that was there back in July.”
