I went to do my manicure and I used to do SNS but today I decided to exchange and do Gel they charge more money to remove the SNS when they did it, so to be clear they charge when they apply and when they removed, also no customer service at all.
Note : if by low you must have a sign on the wall letting the customer know that you will have an extra charge when they decide to remove the product from the nail.
Y no son los 3 dollares es la actitud arrogante de la joven impresaria para hacer el extra cargo, esta es la tercera occasion que recibo una mala atencion de parte de ella. Definitivente muy mal recomendado el service al cliente para no regresses por una mas ,

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I usually go to J&J nails down the street or my lady Neyda in Elizabeth..because it's closer to my home (I went on my lunch) I decided to give them a try. WRONG MOVE!!
Walk in, greeted by 1 of the ladies, asked for a gel manicure, she tells me to have a seat at the booth. The next lady (I didn't get her name, but she has an earring above her lip) sits down and starts filing the old polish off..cool! She asks if I want the same color on my nails, I said no I'll do marshmallow- fine.
She's filed the polish off, thenproceeds to shape my nails (I asked for square with rounded ends) then tells me to wash my hands when she's done (Now, I noticed that the shaping is off.. but didn't say anything YET thinking she'll tighten them up after I was my hands).
Not even gonna mention there was nothing for me to dry hands on after I washed them 🤦🏾♀️ - I sit back in the chair (hands still wet), she picks up the polish and grab my hand like she's about to start the polish.. I politely pulled my hand back and asked her to fix the shape (never mind the damp hands)..she looks at me, the lady next to her asked me what was wrong, I told her and showed her and said these don't even look like they're filed at all. The girl that's taking care of me starts talking to her in their language, then gets up and comes back with a smaller nail file 😒..ok?
She proceeds to file again while huffing n puffing talking in her language to her people..after several attempts to fix it, she asked me if it was OK (I'm just ready to get out of there at this point).. I said it'll do!
I go to pay, and it's $28 (not even sure how much a gel manicure is anymore cause I usually get more than 1 service when I go to the salon), so I say to the guy $28 for a gel manicure and the girl that did my nails snaps and with much attitude says yeah, $28! I laughed, paid and will never go back!

I have been coming to Nubes because it’s near my home. I’ve tried with different girls and I think I found my go to; her name is Nancy. I really enjoyed my pedicure and manicure with her.. i felt relaxed and well taken care of. Thank you Nancy 🙃

Horrible went twice already and they made me wait for a simple eye brow wax and they all look at each other and not one could just stop and accommodate a regular that came at lunch … never going there again nor my daughters or my husband
