Hello.. no issues with this location..
the young man helped all he could.. mentioned he never went through this issue ..
Long story short version.. my Old Navy card was paid in full.. went to the Linden location to pick up a few items.. my card was declined ??♀️.. my cell phone was on low charge.. explained and he over heard the conversation with the Rep on the phone really couldn’t explain.. why..
The entire bill was paid off.. 6/11 it’s 6/16
Not by check.. online with Debit straight from my account..
Customers in the store was shocked..
Don’t look bad on my behalf.. but the cashier’s asking customers to apply..
Make it make sense…

Wanted to purchase a sweatshirt. The sale said $8.99. When I get to the cashier she said it was $14.99 so I refused the purchase. Also had a pair of jeans that didn't have a price tag. The manager told the cashier the cost was $49.99. I refused that item as well. I went back to the rack and picked up the same jeans and the ticket price was $44.99. I do not trust the cashiers or manager to be honest with customers. I've shopped here since the opening of this store and now I wonder how many times I've been cheated. There was suppose to be a sale today and everything was overpriced. I'm inclined to return my purchase. The cashier didn't even apologize for the error.

was outside walking past this store this past saturday saw the african american manager chase another african american lady who stole to the parking lot he yanked the bag yelling fat and ugly to the customer hilarious like watching a movie scene manager went back inside empty handed lol

Been a customer in this store since it opened and never had a complaint but this past Black Friday, I went there to do my annual Christmas shopping because I received an email saying everything was 50% off. During checkout, I told the cashier about the online sale but she responded back telling me not in the store. She then called the General Manager and this is when things went really bad. This General Manager needs to get reported and get fired. He is very discourteous, disrespectful, unpleasant, disgusting, awful, horrible, you name it. What a rude man he is talking to customer like that. He could have said it nicely and I would understand it. I work in retail and I know the policy. This guy walked away yelling he doesn’t care. Mind you, it was busy in the store with line of people, so everybody just watched him acting immaturely. Get this guy out of this store or Old Navy will lose customers. I will never ever step foot in this store. Give your business to other Old Navy in the area Jersey Gardens or Menlo Mall. This store is not worth it unless it change the management.

Tamya was super helpful when I was in a rush to get to work and had to pick up an online order that was not yet available. Her swift and prompt customer service even when managing a long line was much appreciated!
