Juan and his staff are fantastic. I dropped off my ‘67 for heat exchangers to be installed and asked that he look over the beetle having bought it recently. He fixed some things that needed fixing and gave me the heads up for future needs. I haven’t found another mechanic that was as honest and thirough in a very long time

Highly recommended ! The best VW shop in the area. My father has been going for years. The owner Juan is super polite and knowledgeable. Wide selection of hard to find parts. Always took the time out to explain and help me with tips and tricks for my build. BEST in the tristate area. HANDS DOWN.

Juan is extremely knowledgeable. You can hear it in passion as he patient explains repairs and possible upgrades. He has an extensive assortment of new and used parts. Juan's collection of used parts are increasingly difficult to find. Been coming here for years. Hands down the BEST classic VW shop in NJ in my opinion. Juan the owner is very polite and always accommodating. Would never bring my classic VW to any other shop. Highly recommended!

Pegasus Helped get my sadly neglected vintage bug running . Sentimental beetle - Dad bought it new in 1976 . We love our car and Juan took care of us so well. There is a waiting list ,I would recommend sticking with this business , my car was repaired right away once they had it in the shop . 5 stars!

Juan and his team did such a fantastic job getting my 1964 Beetle back on the road and safe for my family to enjoy. We did our first VW Hudson Valley Fall Foliage Cruise. We drove over 4 hours round trip with no issues. Juan knows is Beetles !! I highly recommend Pegasus Bug Shop. Do not hesitate to have them work on your VW’s.
