This place is awful. I was in an IOP program and they sent out urine tests to this place, next thing I know i get a letter in the mail saying I owe over 3,000$

These people are scammers. They charge your insurance company and then they try harassing you with the same bill. Threaten me with a lawsuit if i don’t pay an 100 dollars bill that was already paid by my insurance. Just a bunch of money hungry people.
June 2025
Used them in 2021-2023 had no insurance and paid thousands out of pocket. Now I have insurance and they have filed with my insurance and resending me bills for what my insurance didn't pay saying I need confirmation numbers to prove I paid even though i have transaction receipts! SCAMMERS
