Since I wasn’t using an insurance company, his pricing was especially appreciated, and his attention to detail made me confident in his work. I honestly being visiting this place for the past 12 years and never had any complaints about the service and professionalism that I have received .I treat my vehicles properly and i make sure when any parts are needed it I always use quality OEM parts Mr Richard ( the owner) have been very clear and honest on his business and always advised me with any other options available but I personally choose to order from him the right oem parts and so far in many vehicles brought to him during this long period of time , has been a really good experience,I just make sure to leave my personal problems at home and come to his business with what is really needed it . I have been coming here for years, but this last experience will make sure I never return. The new mechanics have the worst attitude to the point that they talk badly about you in Spanish, thinking you wouldn’t understand. I went in for a wheel alignment. The mechanic only wanted to do the front and didn’t want to touch the car's rear. I explained that I have adjustable cambers and that he always needs to adjust his toes. He stood quiet, thinking everyone was dumb to mechanic work. The whole time, he was upset, tossing his wrenches around. They ended up leaving me rear alignment as how my car came. I pulled Richard (The owner) to the side and explained to him that this was the job they had chosen and that I needed the alignment done. Richard knew his mechanic had a lousy attitude and proceeded to work on the car himself. He aligned the toe correctly but left the camber as is because it was too difficult of an angle to adjust. The experience made me want to go and not even care about the alignment. Then, when it came to pay, Richard wanted to raise the price to 120$ because he had to do the work himself. Keep in mind the person at the front desk was saying 90$, knowing Richard was being wrong upping the price. Save yourself a headache and a bad alignment and take them somewhere where they will do a good job and don’t need supervision to do honest work.

Don’t waste your money, I had some body work done and eventually had to take it to another place to fix everything they did wrong.The other place said “that was the worst work they’ve ever seen” . I guess there’s a reason why they gave me a much cheaper price than anyone else. You get what you pay forService: Body & Trim

The best out of every mechanic shop in New Jersey by far! I go to them every time for any issue I have and their prices are the best. People that work there are also very nice and honest. We took our Porsche to get an estimate for check engine light, I showed them the message that said my rear light had an issue, supposedly they placed the computer to identify the issue and the water pump needed to be changed , I paid over $700 and the light for which I took the car for, still on, they did not fixed the issue, charge me tons of $$ and never called me to explain the issue just presented me with a huge bill for the job without authorization, NEVER AGAIN...PLEASE BE CAREFUL, this people are thiefs, they take advantage of people. I WILL BE FILING A REPORT .

If there was a 0 review I will choose Zero. I took the car for one thing and they end up fixing something else without my authorization and also never fixed the original issue, after spending hundreds of dollars. Be careful when taking your car to that place .Service: Auto engine diagnostic
