“I had a few hiccups (no fault of Avis) trying to rent a vehicle from here but Jason went above and beyond for us!! Even now after the drop-off, he continuously made himself available to help me through billing issues (again no fault of Avis) and exemplifies not only outstanding customer service skills, but patience with all my questions. I will definitely rent from here again and again as their vehicles are clean and reliable and more importantly, they truly care about their customers.”
“It’s too far away from me I’m from Edison 2 minutes away from Penske never had a flat bed truck there please 🙏🏼 have a truck there so I don’t have to pay 💰 Uber again”
“Jason, thank you so much for your attention and hard work!!! We had a fantastic rental experience. I'll definitely rent again when back to NJ. 😊”
“It wasn’t the upkeep or accessibility. The space is just oddly shaped and you should allow actual viewing of the space online. It was too late to undo the purchase I made online and even if it wasn’t you had no larger ones onsite and they are way too expensive either way. I had to throw things away that could not fit”
“great experience! My hitch was installed by the manager himself Mr. Wilson Muniz. Had a situation that customer service ordered wire that is not the right. "one it happens!" but time is not on our side!.Wilzon called and inform me about the problem and explain to me how he can solved it. I trust him and let him do his thing wire came overnight set it up immediately and everything work great. I just want to appreciate Mr. Wilson for his resourcefulness and good communication to me as customer despite the situation.”
“Great experience at the U-Haul in Linden. From the moment we walked in, manager Wilson was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service was pleasant, quick, and made the whole rental process easy.”

“We deal with many rental companies and Ryder leads the pack in many ways but I need to add that Linden pushes even further. Big shout out to Brian in the rental department and his crew!”
