Insanely rude and unhelpful young employees at the UPS drop off location. I used to bring 20 to 30 boxes per week there, and had arrangement with old managers and employees to drop my boxes into the bin by myself without waiting in line. It worked great until the new hires. They won't help. Have huge attitude and will throw your drop off receipt to the floor like you are some kind of a dog. Today I dropped of 4 boxes. They refused to help, so I dropped the boxes myself into the bin. 2 of the 4 landed on the outside due to obstacles and bin being far, and me being sloppy. Before I finished and got a chance to apologize, and ask for help to pick them up, the curly hair girl jump on me with big attitude how she "does not care". I had enough after 2 years of this, so I finally went to the manager and explained him what happened. When I came back for my receipt, she threw the receipt to the floor and told me it's on the floor. So rude. Why even hire someone like that? From 30 boxes per week it is down to about 2 per month, because on top of the bad service, they lost 2 of my boxes. Impossible to tell who is at fault as I have the receipt, but there is no tracking update. Technically it is Stables at fault. If Staples wants to investigate, I have all documentation.

Print service is too slow even when I pay in advance and both times my pages were cut off on the bottom despite the preview showing the full page and selecting “scale to fit”. I was able to print correctly myself with the self service printer but it took longer and I had to pay again. I wanted to get a refund for the error pages but it took too long to wait on line again

If you come here to return your Amazon orders. Please be advised that they will be lost or misplaced and you will be charged for them again. It’s my third return here and all three items were lost in transit. Customer service reps won’t even look you in the face. They just take the items and throw them in a box. Return your items elsewhere.

I visit this location often, but not often enough for manual prints. All though all age groups come to staples, a kinder approach from staff would have been more welcoming. I needed assistance. Melissa pointed me to the manual copier. I informed her that I'm not computer literate. She still points me to do manual prints. I messed up, of course (thus the reason other nice associates in the past printed out my order for me) instead of her showing me in the first place once I gave hint #1...It printed blanks because I pressed the wrong button. I said "see I can't do this. This is printing wrong." she says,"Well, that's where YOU messed up."(a manager and an associate was standing right there) the look on the managers face was "mmm she could have said that differently " and he just allowed her to continue with that rude remark" then she proceeds to say across the room about 20ft between us... "I told u this and to do that," then she came over and repeated it to me as if her statement wasn't understood the first time from across the room. though she was responsive, she seemed a bit annoyed, and so was I at this point. She needs a class on customer service. This shift is Wed. 11.20.24 I left at 1pm. "MELISSA"

Very unprofessional - have attitudes - I do not recommend doing business here.
Also in the -U p s amazon drop off section - they really act like you are bothering them,
- you say hello --you get a attitude, as they scan your items ...attitude
- people want jobs, then have attitudes with customers?
Yet when they automize everything & you don't have a job, you will be crying. Very unprofessional all around.

The manager at this staples and a cashier who looks like a Spanish are very very rude and disrespectful. I don't know why they are working there.

I called right as the store opened because I was printing a poster, also in case needed to be done on my end, to ensure efficiency. I was on hold for 30 minutes, to the point when I drove to the store. Only to have one customer in the store. For the “traffic” I don’t understand how customer service be such a commodity. Not to mention every one’s apathetic behavior/mannerism. People return to places for those working, good employees is bring people back. Especially in this day and age where everything can be done online, making alot of stores ( such as this one ) obsolete. Extremely unfortunate

Hi I was shopping in Staples in Linden an employee named James black hair and light stubble was very unpleasant and unprofessional he wanted to push me something I wasn't interested in I would advise you to pay attention to him because because of employees like Mr. James you are losing customers

0 stars would not recommended! Kaitlyn, horrible customer service, nonchalant attitude. This girl needs a customer service class! Piece of advice if you don’t like your minimum wage job get another one! 🙄🙄

Went there on July 22 2024 around 8:50 pm to get information about making bulk copies, but the Spanish girl working the copy was too afraid to give me the information and treated me very rude because of how I looked. YOU GUYS DON'T EVER HAVE TO WORRY ABOUT ME COMING THERE AGAIN TO MAKE COPIES. You need to train your employees not to be rude to people because they're ugly; because you never really know what somebody's going through. 😥
