Today, on January 10th, I visited the Staples store in Linden with the intention of buying two chargers. Initially, all was well as an employee offered assistance. However, my experience took a drastic turn when I couldn't locate one of the chargers on the shelf, and the first attendant's behavior turned extremely aggressive when she couldn't find the item I wanted. I kindly requested assistance in checking the stock for its availability.Upon informing her of my need for two chargers, she located only one and proceeded to the checkout without bothering to check for the second. When I brought up the fact that I still needed the second one, her response was remarkably rude, stating they only stock what's on the shelf. In search of an alternative, I approached another employee with red hair, who was remarkably helpful in finding a similar charger and checking the stock. Eventually, I found the right charger based on her recommendation.In summary, despite the store's relative emptiness during the early hours, the first attendant displayed an unprecedented level of rudeness, disrespect, and unprofessionalism. Her lack of interest in assisting customers and the aggression she exhibited when unable to find the item I sought were completely unacceptable. This behavior leaves a negative impression on Staples.Also I overheard the employee expressing her satisfaction that Bryan wasn't present. It was clear from her words that she was pleased about Bryan's absence. However, when it came to helping me, her demeanor was notably rude, suggesting a disparity in her approach to engaging with customers versus her willingness to assist. This raises concerns about her commitment to customer service and professional conduct.Customers deserve a positive shopping experience without having to endure such disrespectful treatment. I appreciate your attention to this matter.

The service in the copy area was very Poor. The two ladies working there were extremely rude and not helpful at all. Honestly worst customer service ever.

Cashier was great, asked for someone with a key for the modems and with the store being empty it took over 15 minutes to get it open. Disappointed.

I came into the store the other day to get a print done for an event. And I had to walk out before I involved myself in a unneeded situation. I was being helped by a woman named V?? As soon as she didn’t understand what I was asking for, she literally walked away and started helping someone else. She CONTINUED to help others. I was Standing right there! And she kept going to other people. I had to bother someone else who was already working with someone. If there was a named for a worker who deliberately ignores PAYING customers. It would be ignorant.

Overcharged for black and white prints, and the people working couldn’t do anything. They didn’t know why it was charging me for color prints even though I selected black and white, and didn’t try at all to resolve the issue.

Their computer repair is the worse. I took my computer in to get their free computer tune-up on a Saturday and it was not ready until the following Sunday. I was told my computer had a virus issue and it would cost me $189 to get it addressed. There was no way I was going to pay almost $200 for Staples to run an AV program for 10 minutes. I picked up my computer and after getting the problem addressed for far less, in my home, I noticed that my computer case had been opened and the side of my computer was not secured. The screw locking the side of the case had been removed and was not replaced. What kind of technician, with any pride in their work, would not be able to close a computer properly?

Go to another staplesThis is my 2nd time attempting to get this woman from the printing station to get my documents printed. I pay cash everytime so i dont use the machines. She told me to wait 15 minutes for 2 documents black and white, at any other staples its a seamless process; Provide codes items get printed. I walked over to the supervisor to ask if he could print the documents because I typically never had such a delay.The supervisor and I walk over and she was more rude than before. The supervisor said nothing, allowed the associate to talk so rude to a customer. I'm never returning and calling corporate

Worse staples ever. Don’t use the computers. It is a scam. They charge your by time and the computers are extremely slow. Unbelievable.

I visited staples in different cities in New Jersey. Problem happened in Linden NJ. First time there I was watched as if I was going to steal from the store. I said ok i am being paranoid. Being that I am black one would give it thought. I went to the store again experienced same vibes. Can I help you, standing over me. Watched me to the counter where I paid for my items. Now I am offended, I am a senior. STORE PLEASE STOP
