Very unfair … payment due on the 8th and it’s been 5 days and now have to pay an additional 60$ as a late fee… What a scam? Will never refer anyone to this facility again? Have been a customer for over 5 yrs Will look to take my business elsewhere?

Horrible first day moving in. Pin pad wasn’t working for about 2 hours. I had the elevator full with my furniture and couldn’t do nothing for two hours because of the system being down.

I reserved a unit online. A representative from the company called me to follow up and get some more information. Ms Portia was very knowledgeable and professional. She ended recommending and changing my original unit once I told her the type of things that were going to be stored there. Her overall friendliness and courteous attitude is one that all personnel working with the public should exhibit. Overall it was an awesome experience speaking with her and that let me know I picked the right storage company to do business with.
