I'm trying to comprehend how target could have ONE person working the exchange/return/online pickup desk during holiday season. HOW? The one representative working is doing the best she can but literally- it's ridiculous. The line is down the front of the store, employees are walking past with no concern nor motivation to assist. It's truly disturbing.

The staff at this linden location is so unprofessional . Every time I walk in they are all bunched up in the front by the exit talking loud laughing on the cell phones. NO HELP ON THE FLOOR. The parking lot has so much junk and garbage carts all over . I really don't understand why this has not changed yet . It was renovated it dones look like other targets now but the employee needs to be retrained. I live in 10 minutes away from this target and I rather go to Clark or Edison.

This target has a big, welcoming entrance with A Ton of carts, including the carts that have the seat for a child, they have mostly self checkouts, a little amount of Staff operated Checkouts. The store is very well lighted and pretty big, good amount of price check machines around the store. They are big on art supplies/school supplies, there is a clothes section somewhere around the back of the store, and near the checkouts is a full aisle or 2 for pet food and pet toys. Overall a great target.

Large store, great inventory, wonderful dollar section and clean, considering the amount of foot traffic they get. I regularly visit this store, as they carry inventory most others in the area don't.

One of the filthiest stories I've ever been in I got a booster at the CVS which wasn't too bad the technician was decent and knowledgeable but waiting area restroom parking lot isles just made me sick garbage everywhere I know that everyone's having staffing problems but I'm really surprised that no one takes any pride in their general area customers or employees just discarded trash everywhere Very sad can't possibly be good for our current health concerns

I frequent this location often since I work nearby and prefer in-store pick-ups for my online orders. It's as clean as they can keep it with customers constantly dropping things or not putting stuff back where they belong. Service can be a little slow at times at the customer service desk. I don't mind the chit chatting but you should be able to do two things at once. Your personal conversations shouldn't come before servicing the customer.

Great target. Well organized. Easy to navigate. The staff is fine. The vibe is fine. I'd go back. It didn't scare me away.

Decided to accompany my partner to purchase glasses in the optical department. While we were waiting to check out, an older Portuguese woman kindly asked if I could ask the optician if any worker in the store could Translate for her and her husband as they are would like to make a purchase. The woman wanted to ask in advance if this could be possible, as she intends to come tomorrow morning. The optician without hesitation responded "No". He could not help or provide her with any interpretation assistance. The woman was understanding and left. If anyone is from around Linden, NJ/Union County. We know the demographics in our cities. I am embarrassed at how dismissive this employee was towards someone requesting assistance and had the intentions of making a purchase. They advocated for themselves. Do better Target. Denying services based on a language barrier... Left me baffled.

Don't go to this store .. there is serious fraud. I've had my credit card information stolen from here & when I went to call the store to report the activity , the person hung up on me and said it wasn't their problem. HOW IS THIS NOT YOUR PROBLEM WHEN YOUR EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING?! Do not shop here!

Staff was helpful and courteous. Went to pick up my online order but it wasn't ready. Ran into the picker and he helped expedite my pick up! Great guy!

Target was a smooth and easy today. They have new hours as most places do. Got what I needed, got out with no problems.

What a hell hole. Stopped at guest services to let them know shopping carts were filling the handicapped parking spaces. Walked down to that useless Pharmacy department (really, why bother), he suggested I get what I needed from the APP!!! Left the store...carts are still filling the spaces. Difficult to get into car when transferring from a wheelchair. The only thing of value in store is that woman in snack bar making Pizza Hut. Heard this Target on list to close. Can't wait for new Walmart to open. Put this store DOWN!

I haven't been here in over 5 years. I just moved to the area and this was the closest location. I came here to do a return and two ppl (one who looked like a leader) couldn't process the return. They had to call customer service. I used to work for target and never had to do that as a manager. The staff looked very helpless and nonchalant. Their frozen section was blocked off with tape???? Like I will never go back to this location for real shopping. I spent 30 min trying to return an online order and quite frankly the place looks horrible

If I could put no stars I would. I checked online for something and it said they had it in stock so I figured I'll go check it first. When I got there it was nowhere to be found. I asked someone & he said they don't have them on the floor only in the back. So I asked okkkk so you can't have someone bring one ? He said no you have to order it online. Which even though it sounds ridiculous I did. I ordered It at 6:52pm it said it would be ready in two hours. 2 hours passed and I still had no confirmation. I got it elsewhere not to wait. I checked this morning still nothing so when I went to cancel it NOW it said "one was unavailable" the other was ready for pick up now. Being that I waited WAY more than 2 hrs and had to go elsewhere to get them I canceled the order.

Horrible store rude and unhelpful staff and the tech section was a mess what should of been an in and out experience took me way longer than it should have been and I left without the item I came for the whole store is unorganized from the staff to the items on the shelf's next time I'll jus take my business to Walmart
