Target is a popular store that many people visit regularly. The store has improved in organization and cleanliness, especially at some locations, making shopping more pleasant. However, some areas, like the beauty section, can be messy, with shelves that are dirty and products scattered around, particularly perfumes. Customer service can vary; some employees are friendly and helpful, like a staff member who assisted with finding headphones, but others are more social and less helpful, and some customers feel the staff could be more welcoming and ask if help is needed. Pricing and checkout issues have caused frustration. There have been problems with false information about coupons, overcharging during purchases, and errors with scanned items. Some customers also face difficulties returning or getting credit for products, such as avocados, when shopping at different store locations. Additionally, the reduction of self-checkout stations due to shoplifting has led to longer lines and a less convenient shopping experience. Despite these issues, Target remains a store where many find good products and helpful staff, though improvements in cleanliness, customer service, and checkout procedures could enhance the overall shopping experience.
I go here a lot but the beauty areas are always a disaster. Shelves are dirty and products are everywhere. Especially the perfumes.

Linden target has come far as far organization and cleanliness. They still can work more on anti social employees. No one greets you or even ask if you need help.

Dear shoplifters, because of YOU Target locations are limiting their self-checkout stations, which means, longer lines at the cashier. Thanks a lot biscuit heads for ruining the customer shopping experience. Happy now?! I'm not! ?
