They profiled me like crazy in this place one late Saturday afternoon. I'm moving so i needed boxes. After walking around for 10 minutes trying to find them, I found the aisle that had them. As I look for the sizes i need to load up my cart, some young woman (clerk) stands about 8 feet from me the whole time pretending she's looking at her phone. Just stayed there the whole time with no "may I help you". then when I go to self check out , another clerk rushes over and stands behind me as a self check out.

This store is the worse I have ever been in when it comes to cleanliness/neatness. Every aisle is cluttered and disorganized with carts, stock, and an overall look of mismanagement. I'm so glad it's not my usual store but I was driving by and stopped in for a few items. It is sad since I used to work across the street and loved it when it first opened years ago. It is not the same store, avoid it if possible. Sorry HD, clean up your act or face the same departure ar Rickels and others who got fat and sloppy.

I've had an emergency & need my spouse home they constantly hung up & constantly put me on hold & they knew of it, I could've died & still no one would've cared or my spouse wouldn't have known because of them, my spouse cannot answer her phone but when I call the store itself to get a hold of her & knew about the situation they wouldn't help. So unreliable & non caring. Trash service. I told them it had to do with my daughter & still nothing. Trash people, trash service.

After their curbside pickup sign fell on my car (thankfully no damage) it would take close to more than hour for my order to be brought out (even after a two trips to customer service). Not how I expected to spend my Sunday. The staff was polite which is why I gave the store 2 stars. But don't think I'll order online for pickup from this store going forward.

Good store, good people. A lot of stuff for home improvement. Easy returns. Clean restrooms. Large parking. Everything is good.

I was on the hunt for some Lysol for the second day and was told Home Depot may have it. When I arrived I parked in the plaza parking lot and there was an organized line to get it. It wasn't too bad but I did have to wait a little. I walked in and asked a worker if they had any and he told me where it would be but he hasn't seen any. I went to the asile and no luck . I left empty handed.

Just had to return some things when I was made aware of there new return policy however Gloria, was very disrespectful I was just asking for some information when she started getting a rude tone and very defensive . I immediately asked to be helped by someone else. The manager was very kind and handled the situation properly.

I need to take a minute to write about what a great experience I had with Joe the store manager. I came to Home Depot to return a small Item. When the sales associate who was initially helping me had trouble with the return, I asked to speak to a store manager. That is when I met Joe. He went above and beyond to help me and explain the return policy to me. He was polite, kind and very personable. People like that are rare today especially when you are dealing with a large company. I hope that the higher ups in the Home Depot establishment read this and recognize that they have a fantastic employee who should be praised. Thank you Joe!

Just recently shopped again for my deck project and was once again satisfied with my experience. I had several associates assist me in multiple departments some more helpful than others. I would say I come here over convenience because they typically have what I need in stock and it's on my way home from works

Don't buy a door there! Went on-line & picked out a $500 door. Site said installation would be between $280-600. After dealing with HD in Linden, turns out installation was $1000 and my door would have to be special ordered and would cost $1,100. Mind you, I live in a standard Cape Cod - I doubt the door needed to be special ordered. Here's the kicker - they wanted 99% down payment! Who does that? Stay AWAY from Home Depot if you want an entry door installed.

I don't usually have time to write reviews, however I must in this case as we were so grateful for the assistance we received in several depts. We had to drive to several stores to locate specific items we needed for our home remodel that were in stock. The associates in the electrical and gardening department were particularly superb! Their patience and knowlege were very much appreciated! Thank you!

Cool self check out machines, friendly and knowledgeable staff each and every time I come here. Hope Depot definitely has it right. Never fails me. I have purchased covers for patio furniture, I've purchased moving boxes, garden stuff you name it. Each and every visit is great. Wonder why such a low rating. Can't please everyone.

Like every Home Depot I have gone to, this one has lousy customer service -- except they go "above and beyond" to drive home just how little they care about the customer. The woman who works the flooring department could hardly be less pleasant, interested in helping, or lacking in personality. When you complain to management, the only thing that changes is your belief that maybe this store will care...but it does not. The only reason it stays afloat is because, evidently, it corners the market -- because the lack of interest in helping anyone should be enough to leave them with no customers at all.
