I had a great experience at this post office. Amy was very helpful, patient, and efficient. Even though it was a busy time, the line moved quickly, and everyone was treated with respect and professionalism. I appreciated how clean and organized everything was, and the person at the counter took the time to answer my questions and made sure my package was sent correctly. Definitely one of the better post offices I’ve been to!

This USPS is a terrible service.
You order something that is shipped through USPS , the item is shipped from NJ 3 towns away it then bypass your town travel about 20 towns away to NY back to NJ to sorted out before it can be shipped to your town's post office so something that supposed to arrive in 3 days takes a week, what kind of crap is that ? and it has happened several times. Trump is right these government agencies needs to privatize so people could answer for not doing their jobs . My latest package came
DAYTON, NJ 08810 and going to Linden, NJ 07036. I am fed up of this .

Passport service section is horrible. The system says people can walking on Tuesday and Wednesday 11 am to 12:30 but when you go there, they said no working at all , They don’t offer working services, after being awaiting for more than 40 minute.

When the customer follows the steps that USPS put in place, the post office should be held accountable for falling short. I made an appt for passport renewal for my son (which I would gladly do online and avoid interaction with these useless ppl but it must be done in person with both parents present) and after waiting over a week for an appt, I arrive only to be told ever so politely that the one person who can process these applications is on vacation and won’t be back for another 10 days. He offered to take my stuff and “hold it” until she came back. I wish I could work there - turn away ppl at will, don't have to be cross-trained on all postal services, and lock the door before closing times just to name a few of the benefits I’ve personally observed.

Amy was amazing, assisted me with my passport application and was so patient although it was extremely busy. 10/10 service. Will be returning. Also gave me a free passport cover as a gift for the wait.

I dont know why it has such a low rate,i just visited this place and 2 usps employees did everything to help me out,they were polite and nice. And handled big line of ppl without any problems

Usually the post office always help me and never rude in Linden Nj or Clark NJ and most of the post men will pick up my outgoing mail from my mailbox if I not well to drop it off So they get 5 stars Some do not take your mail Even if I put a big note on it yo please take my mail and mail it for me, it’s very upsetting that they ignore it but I’m not going to all them to mess up on the 5 stars I’m giving.
