“Such a wonderful experience! The service was incredible — I’m assuming the gentleman who helped me was the owner, and he was extremely knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely took the time to help me. What really stood out to me was how thoughtfully curated the entire store is. There aren’t a million different options for every vitamin or supplement, which I actually really appreciated. Instead, it feels like everything on the shelves has been carefully chosen because they’re products he knows, trusts, and can confidently recommend. I was recommended an iron supplement based on what I was looking for, and I can’t wait to start taking it. It’s so refreshing to shop somewhere that feels personal and intentional rather than overwhelming. I’ll definitely be back!”

“The local Vitamin Shoppe was wonderful in compensating from shear stupidity of their online subscription fullfillment system. We have subscribed for over 2 years, but several times each year their online system does not have the correct item in inventory, then we must obtain it from the local shop. This seems like last century systems.”

“Have to recognize Scott from this location. He always greets me when I arrive, knows exactly what I am there for and always lets me know if a specific brand is on sale. He always aims to try and save me a few dollars if he can. I have been shopping at Vitamin Shoppes for years, in NJ, NY and PA. Scott is the most personable representative of Vitamin Shoppe I have ever dealt with. This is why l spend my money there. It’s all about the customer service and professionalism here. I have yet to see an employee at this store ignore a customer, with their attention on their phone. This is a rare occurrence these days. Kudos to the management at this location. Well done!”

“I truly can't say enough wonderful things about the amazing service my family received from Horowitz Supremo Pharmacy. We are so grateful to Ann, Nick, and Jon. My 96 yr old father was in need of a special recliner/lift chair and they came through with flying colors. Helpful from the very start, offered us a great price (with no delivery charge), the delivery was quick and the guys were so kind. When someone in your family needs help you want caring people to come along and ease your mind, give you wonderful advice, and provide amazing service. That is exactly what you'll get when you call Horowitz Supremo Pharmacy.”

“I decided to visit this location had just seen my Dr he recommended a vitamin regimen for me to start to help with my current health situation. Upon entrance I was greeted by an older causcian gentleman.(Sorry didn't get his name) He was polite, knowledgeable. I asked for help he quickly responded absolutely. Showed him the list of vitamins I needed. He got all of them for me plus other items I asked for. He didn't have one of the vitamins but it was for my other half. Which was fine I ordered that online which he agreed with the product was the best he just didn't have in the store. We conversed a bit about health, vitamin info back and forth. He complimented me that I have a good Dr. I agreed. Not quick to write a script that's why he is my Dr. He also gives you a little discount to help ease your pocket. I would definitely be returning for my next refill of vitamins. I would recommend this place. Great service, knowledge staff”

“The shipment arrived quickly. The products were packaged with care, and are of high quality. I used to order these same items from the popular / well known company with questionable ethics, and was ready to pay more to support a smaller company, but it turns out that the pricing at HiLife is even better than what I'd been paying before. That was an unexpected and welcome bonus. I'm proud to be a HiLife customer.”
