I was involved in an accident that the other driver was at fault for. Kenny from Wizard worked with both parties because the other driver didn’t want to use insurance. He worked out the full payment from the at fault driver and repaired my vehicle perfectly, all in a timely matter. The shop is very professional and their craftsmanship is incredible! I hope my family and friends never get into an accident but if they do we will be using Wizard.

I am extremely dissatisfied with the service provided by this company. It is truly outrageous and feels like a blatant rip-off. Initially, they quoted me a price which I reluctantly agreed to. However, when I arrived to pick up my car, I was shocked to find several parts had been removed. When I questioned the situation, the individual claimed that my car required additional, unrelated repairs. I was appalled by this sudden revelation. Despite my frustration, I requested that they reassemble the car as originally agreed. To my astonishment, they had the audacity to demand an extra $850 for the additional work they claimed was necessary. This experience has left me feeling cheated and thoroughly disappointed. RIP OFF!!!
