“From the moment I walked into this establishment, I was met with a level of hospitality that can only be described as extraordinary. The customer service here is not merely good, it is exemplary in every sense of the word. I have genuinely never experienced such attentive, thoughtful, and consistently gracious service anywhere else. TJ, in particular, is an absolute standout. His recommendations have been impeccable, whether for myself or for members of my family, always reflecting both deep knowledge and an intuitive understanding of individual preferences. What is even more impressive is his unwavering professionalism and fairness. He treats every single customer with the same respect, enthusiasm, and care, creating an atmosphere that feels both welcoming and elevated. It is rare to encounter someone who brings such dedication and excellence to their role. TJ is truly an invaluable asset to this business, and his presence alone elevates the entire experience. I cannot recommend this store highly enough.”

“The staff was very friendly, prompt, and knowledgeable. I called another Canal’s, and was told the brand discontinued the beer and that the brand was going out of business. When I called this Canal’s, I was told that was misinformation and to come on over to be assisted. I do not drink beer, but I was looking for a specific beer that many have not heard of. The sales clerk knew exactly what I was looking for and knew exactly where it was located. The cashier was so empathetic to my situation about the misinformation that I received a discount off my total. I would totally recommend this Canal’s!”
