I used them in the past. My vehicle needed brakes. They did the job and a few weeks later I had issues again. After 4 weeks they towed it to a place in Pine Hill. That mechanic took pictures because as he said they need took the caliper off or bled the brakes. The bolts holding caliper on and the bleeder value were both rusted closed. I will NEVER go back. New owners or not

Had my rear wheel bearing replaced and price was average but had to replace tire two days later and they showed me my sway bar link was broken on that side. Why wouldn't they tell me about it. They lost my trust.

Just spoke with Maria who educated me on my father's vehicle. Called a different place prior who quoted us for something his vehicle doesn't even have. There isn't honest businesses like this anymore and we really appreciated the education and how thoro things were explained.

Terrible people, the short white guy(I believe he is the owner or manger) lied about giving a discount so when I decided to take my car to different place they stole parts and claim my car came in like that. When they found out I had video proof of what my car looked like when it came in they tried to give me used parts to a different car so I had to take them to court. First off I was dropping my vehicle for repair. I knew exactly what was wrong without needing a diagnosis I'm auto savvy. Anyway I'm expecting a quick repair needed only 1 part takes maybe 1.5 hours at max with a novice. They had my vehicle for 3 days when I needed to get to work. I had to call for updates because they won't they will close the shop and tell you nothing. Customer service seriously lacking. Anyway once completed it was Friday afternoon I'm at work and their closing of course and not open the weekends because they have to rest up the weekend to give superior service Monday. I paid with credit card by phone and later picked up my car. I work for a large company that pays my vehicle maintenance. They called me that my credit card has received many out the ordinary charges. The entire weekend the card was being charged with different things. They linked the location to that nearby area. Do not go here. Not worth the risk nor the headache dealing with half a×× customer service. Running something else than a shop here.

I have my truck at motor trans and was told it was fixed, drove 2 hours and it broke down, returned it the next day and they worked on it, and it lasted 3 days, I took it back and now every time I call them it's one excuse after another, well I am going to take the other reviews and take them to court because they don't care and it's one excuse after another, and the crazy part about it I recommended, listened to me run don't walk because they are rip offs so I will see them in court

I had a 700R4/4L60 transmission rebuilt on my Camaro about a year ago and it's still shifting great! I had to take it back a few times in the beginning so they could make fine adjustments to it, but it's an older car that requires that sort of thing. First I want to thank Bill and the crew for the work they put into fixing my mistake on my car’s transmission. Going in Bill warned me that they were backlogged – so my expectations were set accordingly. Things did go a bit longer than expected due to delays with parts and the fairly time-consuming process with having to take the trans down a couple of times due to unforeseen complications. Had it back a few days now and it is working great. The car was also returned very clean – including the engine bay which I had professionally cleaned before the work. Knowing how much effort it is to drop the transmission I was pleasantly surprised that it looked as clean as when I brought it in. Only constructive criticism I have is for more communication; I had to call to get updates periodically. Overall - you did a great job guys and I sincerely appreciate it. August 2022
