Colleen IS AWESOME!!! Very knowledgeable, friendly and accommodating. Definitely an asset to Prime Storage. The rates are very affordable and the location feels safe and secure. Very impressed with the cleanliness. When arrived to inspect the property, Colleen was sweeping out front since it wasn't busy. Goes to show she takes pride in where she works. She reviewed my lease to ensure I was informed and satisfied with their business policies. I am definitely recommending Prime Storage to family and friends.

I’m very disappointed my storage was damaged with a lot of mice feces and urine and mice urine the ate into all my kids clothes and mattresses they chewed up my kids dressers and all my furniture smells of mice urine even tho the best part of me renting from you guys was the staff member named Colleen she was very professional and very kind hearted on us trying to resolve the issue and worked with us the best way she possibly good and guided us into how to file for the insurance claim but other than that to be honest I will never rent from this storage place again cause even tho Colleen was very professional and was a sweet heart and we love her to death for trying to help us out the insurance isn’t going to cover every item we have in that storage so in some part we won and would be able to get some stuff reimbursed back but it’s not going to cover every item we have in there and the reason I had my stuff in there was due to us being homeless and now I have to start from scratch with every item that I had in storage which will not be easy for me at all especially for my kids mattress which was completely destroyed
