I usually never have a problem with this nail salon ( i usually ask them to retouch up my eyebrows if not done to my liking which has only been once ) .well this past Friday i came in after work and got a new set of nails which i love came out great but when getting my eyebrows waxed i asked the lady to shape them up and to go A little thin on one of my eyebrow at the END to try and even them out well she was very ruff with waxing almost like rushing even to the point I said ouch a few times but when she got done and I looked in the mirror half of my eyebrows were gone “ I said to the lady what did you do you took half my eyebrows off I never get them like this “”she said you asked for thinner eyebrows “ I said no I asked for the end of my left eyebrow to be alittle thinner fast forward I get up to the register and told the owner or whoever the lady is that she did my eyebrows way to thin to which she ignored me but I still paid and left I get home and my face feels like it’s burning under my eyebrows she waxes some skin off by being to rough so I call the shop and requested a refund which I was told I will get a refund but can no longer come back in because when I come in I always look un happy and complain about my eyebrows (( Never have I ever complained about my eyebrows to anyone the lady who did them 3 weeks ago left some hair under so it looked uneven so I went back in to get it fixed which I was very kind about like hello it’s MY money I’m paying for a services so I want it done to my liking so it took over two hrs to get a refund the owner was very rude and could of handled it very professionally.

They have a lot of great nail techs. They do amazing work! But the management is awful. They mess up appointments all the time and never take accountability. Truly disappointing.

$3 for design for each finger $30 extra dollars for a simple thin line is ridiculous to me.

Great family owned nail salon! They are kind and do a great job, including black stone massage for pedicures that is out of this world.

Everyone here is great I get gel pedicures and acrylic and it’s perfect every time. A lot of color selections.
