You ask the pharmacist for help the lead at that and they act like its such a big deal to look up a medication to see if they carry it. Get another job if you dnt enjoy working at walhreens beloved

This is one of the worst stores I've been to. The store manager here Ken is absolute garbage. His customer service skills are atrocious to say the least. Go somewhere else it amazes me how he still has a job!

Called the store to see if WIC was accepted here and when the girl answered the phone she acted like she didn’t know what I was asking and then I was RUDELY hung up on!

The pharmacist Dr. Nguyen was really nice and helpful! The young women at the pharmacy register were also very kind and took time explaining everything to me regarding the vaccinations I was getting.

Cassidy was amazing she was holding 2 24 packs of water walking across the store working hard, n polite, give her a raise. I live here 20 yrs never saw any1 wk so hard!!!

If I could give zero stars I would. The worst experience ever. If it weren’t for my insurance switching contracts, I would still be at CVS. My son has a few ailments including severe eczema. Due to all the scratching, my son developed a skin infection. The meds unfortunately got sent to CVS and I asked the Walgreens pharmacist if the perscriptions could be transferred from cvs. The Walgreens pharmacist asked why I couldn’t just go to cvs and pick up th script. Which I felt if I could do that, I would. I was then told that I would have to reach back out to the doctor to have the script sent to them. This happened on a Friday and the doctor isn’t open on weekends. So, in theory, my son would have to go all weekend without this antibiotic. Did I mention my son is 3 years old? So they were content with letting a toddler suffer through the weekend. My mommy instincts kicked in and I decided to call CVS. CVS says they can send them the prescriptions. They said that it wasn’t true that I had to reach out to the doctor. I waited there for at least 45 mins and came out with my son’s medication. I would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. This will be my first and last experience with Walgreens Pharmacy!!!

I got there at 9:45pm and they were closed. The hours say that they are supposed to be open until 10pm. Not only that but their pharmacy is closed on the weekends... unacceptable!! I wish I could choose to leave my job early or not work weekends. I could walk here but I'd rather drive the longer distance and go to CVS!

There was a worker disrespectful to my daughter and mother. I called up there about my daughter having a disrespectful remark said to her.That my daughter was using a drug when she was laughing and she is 12 years young . Called up their spoke to management and they didn’t do nothing about it.Went in the store and talked to management again and got no apology from no one.

Needed to grab a med at night expecting it to be open until 10. Turns out the employees lock the doors at 9:50. If you need something last minute try somewhere else.

Someone always says hi as soon as I walk in the store with a big smile and that is a nice jester. The store is always clean and shelf's are always neat and organized. I don't use the pharmacy only because I have been using mine for over 30 years. Never came across a nasty employee they are so nice when I need to ask for their assistance and show me where it's at or walks me right to it. There is one woman that works the register during the day I wish I rememberd her name I think it's Debbie she has been there for a long time and she is so nice and I have never seen her without a huge smile and tells me that it was nice to see me again. At night the girl at the register again I think her name is Michelle and she is just as nice and I don't think they both should be told what a asset they are for Walgreens but you have a great staff there it's always a pleasure to shop there.
