I absolutely Love Talbots and have been a loyal customer for 40+ years. My issue is with Commenity Bank….they charge me for receiving statements which I opted out of and receive on line. All of my in store purchases are paid immediately in the store yet they continue to bill me. I am done and will not patronize

First time stepping foot in this store, and I’ve lived in the area for 20 years, I typically shop online but what a nice change of pace and experience. Lisa was my sales associate and I can’t say enough about her, so friendly and helpful, will definitely be going back!

The quality of clothing has changed. I've been shopping in Talbot's store for over ten years. Linwood has declined in quality. Cherry Hill has a better selection and style. Also, came into the store, three salespeople were present ( only two clients in the store), and no one could even say"hello or is there anything you're looking for that we can assist you with." Customer service isn't like it used to be.

It's always so clean and beautiful. The staff is beyond sweet and helpful! And Lori just wrote me a handwritten note to ensure my satisfaction with a recent purchase. Amazing customer service. Can't recommend them enough!
