Barnegat Bay Self Storage is a clean and secure facility with a friendly and helpful staff. The management team is excellent and great to work with. Customers recommend it for storage needs. However, some caution is advised. The facility is very quick to lock customers out of their unit, even during the grace period for payment, and provides no emergency contact number. Furthermore, when vacating a space, it is important to keep the lock on until completely finished. The space may be re-rented immediately if found empty, even with pre-paid time remaining, with no pro-rated refund issued.
Would not recommend.They are very quick to lock you out of your unit. Have been a customer for 7 years and was locked out of unit today because payment got there a day after due date. Apparently They lock you out during grace period for payment too. No emergency contact number like other storage units in the area.

Great place for storage! The Management team-Judi and Cliff there are excellent- friendly and great to work with throughout our storage needs! Highly recommend!

Great place to store your items. Been there for almost a decade. Amanda that works there is amazing and always sweet and helpful. Don't know what I'd do without her.
