It’s like a private club. You can never get in! Got a gift card for Christmas and have only gotten in 1x. They don’t take walk-ins AND then they tell you every time they are booked because their regular customers book several appts weeks in advance! Guess what? The average person has to work for a living to pay for these luxuries so going during working hours is not an option. THERE ARE PLENTY OF GREAT SALONS ALL OVER THE AREA...GO THERE INSTEAD! (I go to Sandals in Barnegat now, they are very clean and great service and flexible and accommodating with appts and walk-ins}.

I know this is a little late after the fact, but I've been a customer myself for few years. It was O.K. service. But, when I brought my son on Mothers Day 2024, it was a very different experience. He basically left there bleeding from the manicure. My son is scared for life and does not want to have another manicure again!!!

Walked in for a pedicure the place looked dead and they told me they didn’t have time . Kinda felt discriminated against it doesn’t say appointment is required and they didn’t even ask me if I wanted to wait or schedule an appointment.

Extremely disappointed with this place. I received a gift card right before Covid and was told by the rude woman working there that it had expired. When I explained to her that I was unable to use it because of Covid, she claimed they were open during Covid and I had plenty of time to use it. Considering the whole state was in a lockdown during that time, there is no way this salon could have been operating unless it was doing so illegally. I have been a customer of this salon for years and cannot believe how I was treated. Lesson learned, I will never step foot inside this poorly run business again. Save yourself the time and money and take your business elsewhere.
