“I called this florist on the day of my delivery to thank them personally, but I also wanted to review them publicly. On the day of delivery, the temperatures were below freezing and they called me personally to let me know that I had a delivery on its way. They wanted to make sure that I would be at home so that the flowers didn’t freeze or dry and the vase didn’t crack. They went above and beyond to make sure that the order sent from a loved one was delivered intact and to perfection. I appreciated that very much.
